Riding up the lift to the 51th floor at the Galaxy Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge, I was attracted by the luxury decoction and the employee of the floor and being welcome to us.We have made the reservation before the testing experience so that the sit are already reserved. The Ritz-Carlton afternoon tea set have 2 sides, Savory and sweet. Before the tasting, the staff have introduce the food one by one. Because of the favour, the staff recommand us to go for the sweet part frist and than the savory.
The design of foods are very delicate. All the favour are very special. The most that I like is the The Scorrish smoked salmon terrine and the alaska king crab.The picture below is the Scorrish smoked salmon terrine, the salmon is combined with cheese cream cheese and the below part is rye bread. The taste is very creamy and the cream cheese is perfect match with the salmon. It represented a very flesh favor! The Scorrish smoked salmon terrine use caviar for the decoration looks more luxury.
The next one is the alaska king crab and Poached Willianpear with gray tea, amaretto. The alaska king carb is very flash. It repersented inside the egg shell is really special. The favor of the alaska king crab really delicious. The bottom of the shell egg is eggs crumble and sour cream, the eggs crumble absorb the Juices from alaska king crab. Near by the alaska king crab is the Poached Willianpear with gray tea, amaretto. The Pear is sweet enough to being the dessert. It makes a wonderful conculsion for the tea set!
The tea sets is include 4 differencnt favour scone and 2 mini lemon tarts. You may worry about the tea set is not enough to fill full your stomach but base on my experience, the scones are quite full to us. We cannot finish the four of them.
For the drinks, there are diverse scented tea and coffee we can choose.
To conclude, the tea set of Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge is worth tp try. If you're in Macau, Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge for a afternoon tea is a must!
