呢晚再次嚟到九龍城覓食,朋友話之前食過「大邊爐火鍋店」唔錯,可以Encore。唔係佢介紹,我都唔知有呢間餐廳,因為地下只得個門口,座位層係要上樓梯的,呢度格局好似酒樓🥢。餐廳定價較高,不過食材確係有質素,而且份量亦適中。店員全程服務有禮,又會主動幫忙加湯👍。我哋嗌咗鴛鴦湯底🍲,冬瓜瑤柱($80)拼自制沙爹($68),收費為較貴嗰款。湯底價錢算幾抵,雙併一百蚊都唔使。冬瓜湯幾清,入面有好多迷你瑤柱粒。沙嗲湯唔會太鹹,好重花生味。手切安格斯肥牛($368/大),🥩牛肉雪花紋好靚,而且有一定厚度,食落口感無得輸,牛味濃郁。雖然成碟只得十塊,但質素高,足以讓人滿足。三寶丸($98),🍡款式包括牛丸、豬肉丸同墨魚丸,每款各有四粒。佢哋全部均係手打,口感彈牙,牛丸好似帶啲陳皮味,幾香、幾特別。西洋菜($38),🌿本身諗過嗌雜菜,但集中食西洋菜份量更多,放落冬瓜湯嗰邊烚,湯底多咗份西洋菜香,令我哋飲咗好幾碗。稻庭烏冬($32),🍜烏冬有兩個麵餅,麵條呈扁狀,用嚟索湯一流,而且亦係飽肚之選。飲品方面🥤,我哋嗌咗竹蔗茅根水($18/杯)同酸梅湯($16/杯),兩杯都清涼解渴,甜味適中。如果多人飲嘅話,就
