好耐無食過莆田嘅福建菜,午飯時間難得係Yoho Mall經過即時入去回味下,必食推介扁肉湯同興化炒米粉,扁肉湯有啲似魚皮餃的小餃除配上紫菜湯好醒胃,興化炒米粉炒得好鬆軟,加上海鮮配料,好好味,一人一碟都唔過份另外仲食左招牌百秒黃花魚,只用清湯焗熟的黃花魚原條上,魚嘅鮮甜味道完全保留,鍾意食魚又唔怕多骨嘅可以一試,仲有福建蠔餅,質感在潮州蠔餅與及台灣蚵仔煎之間,有少少嘅麻薯彈牙感但又唔會好似蚵仔煎般太多太痴牙,我覺得幾特別又幾好味
