黎緊聖誕節要出TRIP,雖然一早知會左另一半,但黎到年尾最後一個大節日仲要唔係佢身邊,點都要有返啲行動作為感謝對方為自己過去一年嘅付出,所以一早BOOK定枱同佢慶祝。因為早到關係所以獲安排坐窗口位,一邊進餐一邊享受行車街景,舒適環境已經加分不少。因為FULL COURSE MEAL共有六道菜,所以我地都放慢節奏,仔細享受屬於我地嘅燭光晚餐。聽完店員細心講解晚餐嘅內容,就拜託佢推薦兩杯配合晚餐嘅餐酒同食,自問唔係咩識品酒嘅人士同埋另一半酒量都淺,但兩款都幾易入口而且同菜式味道幾夾,另一半尤其鐘意杯Champagne Cocktail,店員哥仔應記一功。最先係呢度嘅自家製餐包:芝麻竹炭包/香草法包及芝士脆片。前兩款軟硬適中,又唔會太乾身單食味道十分討好,點上香草茄子醬就更好食。而脆片本身卜卜脆又帶點咸香,最啱同辣肉腸南瓜醬一齊食,微辣甜味道十分惹味。因為知道生蠔做緊買一送一優惠所以都點左三款各有濃淡口味嘅黎食,同另一半SHARE黎食啱啱好。三款生蠔分別係SCOTTISH ROCK($88)/ ANCELIN SPECIALE($88)/ GILLARDEAU($98)。當中最喜愛係法國蠔后
