食潮州菜食到去灣仔,這間門面和店內裝修古色古香,開業只一年多的潮州酒樓,像其他食評所述,十分受歡迎,由我們下午六點多入座,至八點多離開,一直都不斷有食客進出,目測九成以上滿座。我們點了這裡最受歡迎的魚露浸花甲,還有大眼雞魚飯、豬腳凍和菜脯炒蛋,再加平日常點的滷水鵝六寶、普寧炸豆腐、川椒雞、糖醋麵和燉豬肚湯,最後來清心丸荳爽和福果甜芋泥,吃著可口味美的菜餚,伴以青島啤酒廠出的特色啤酒,真的錦上添花😋值得一提的,是這裡的菜式雖然十分味美,但跟傳統的潮州菜有點出入,可能是為了迎合國內的食客口味,川椒雞改為麻辣味,豬肚湯的咸菜改為黑色的老菜脯,雖然都十分可口,但已經不是我們認知裡的潮州菜了⋯⋯

值得一提的,是這裡的菜式雖然十分味美,但跟傳統的潮州菜有點出入,可能是為了迎合國內的食客口味,川椒雞改為麻辣味,豬肚湯的咸菜改為黑色的老菜脯,雖然都十分可口,但已經不是我們認知裡的潮州菜了⋯⋯
