鹽燒牛舌十分常見,用乾燒的方式將牛舌兩邊燒至微焦,再添上鹽花,做到外脆內軟的效果。但這裡的汁燒牛舌卻是少有的吃法,厚厚的牛舌被特製的醬汁包圍,肉質外內都保持濕潤,若事前不知情,整體味覺與口感會讓我認為是一塊炆過的豬腩肉,同樣的鬆化油潤,肉味濃郁!細心的廚師在牛舌上加上少量香葸 和 蘿白蓉,正好平衡了肥美牛舌的油膩!讚!

牛肉壽司貌似煮得太乾,放進口中原來是滿口油花的肥肉,所以也不難咀嚼。

壽司份量頗大,女生吃7件已足夠飽,以這個價格來說超值。

禁聚令實施幾天,小小的店舖配合座位距離之下流轉量銳減。度體温,1.5米距離,搓手液,戴手套口罩,均有準備。

除了堂食支持良心小店,work from home時期也多了叫外賣,來一點點支持的同時也可享有疫情外賣優惠呢。

呢日係大埔探險日子,多得經驗領隊帶領,我哋來到大埔的新村,大菴,小菴,坪朗找尋碗窑的過去式,終於尋到高度有20呎高嘅呢個碗窑,好開心,行完喺大埔站解散,有位朋友話之前吃過嘅一間日式拉麵幾高質又唔太貴,咁就來咗呢度,但人係貪新鮮嘅,來到見隔離嘅一鳴丼飯好似唔錯,因此分咗两team,一team去咗吃麵,而我就來咗『丼飯』呢邊。3個人點咗118蚊的『鮭火山丼飯』,内裡有三文魚,三文魚籽同埋拖羅蓉,丼飯碗不是太大,但裝满哂,成個富士山咁,好靚,拖羅蓉喺山頂,好特别,有點入口即溶之感,而三文魚切成粒粒,都唔少,三個人吃都幾满足。咁樣當然係唔够的,另一丼飯就係178蚊嘅『北海五品盛』,内有三文魚,油甘魚,帶子,海膽,牡丹蝦,前四樣都有3件,每人一件,新鮮好味,牡丹蝦好大隻,只有一隻,畀位男士吃喇,女士已食飽。其實之前都分别叫咗『北寄貝刺身』和『鰻魚壽司』當小吃,北寄貝够甜,鰻魚軟腍,探險後有美食,好完满,充實。

今日返完工,真係要找好野食,黎填補下心靈。特登去呢間壽司店。為個人衛生,餐廳門口都設有消毒搓手機供客人消毒。店內環境簡潔。壽司師傅做好手握壽司。野食唔洗等好耐,一入去立即為我們送上野飲,前菜很清爽我就點左魚生丼,裏面有好多唔同嘅魚生。真係好抵食魚生嘅份量多過飯好多,冇諗過飯同魚生嘅比例會掉轉咗。魚生每一款都好新鮮。呢間餐廳真係值得被推薦!!!

大埔墟一帶有不少質素不錯的小店,之前經過附近都有見到一鳴丼裝修看落不錯,這天便過來試一試。菜單以丼飯作主打,亦有壽司、刺身、串燒、沙律等。最後叫了一碗蒲燒鰻魚帆立貝盛( $128 )、一碟炙燒左口魚裙邊壽司( $38 )、一碟玉子壽司($22 )。左口魚壽司一份有兩件,左口魚是油份比較多的魚類,所以炙燒起來吃特別香口,蔥花點綴也加添了一點清新的味道。玉子壽司蛋及飯的比例不錯,若果玉子再厚多一點點就更加好了。再來的是蒲燒鰻魚帆立貝盛。鰻魚滿滿的圍著飯繞了一圈,鰻魚亦處理得很乾淨沒有骨,加上帆立貝、玉子、蔥花,非常下飯。另外有薑、飯素、唐辛子等可轉換口味。店員添茶的速度也很快。櫃上放着的酒看起來好像也不錯,下次經過附近再來試試看。

再來的是蒲燒鰻魚帆立貝盛。鰻魚滿滿的圍著飯繞了一圈,鰻魚亦處理得很乾淨沒有骨,加上帆立貝、玉子、蔥花,非常下飯。

冇得去日本,就係香港食下日本野過下癮先啦,太和呢個地方一直都有好多野食,見呢間門口都幾有日本特式就入去食啦。入面裝修都好日本feel。呢到有串燒、沙律、炸物、小食、玉子燒、壽司、刺身、丼飯等,都幾多選擇。因為係2個人黎食,每人叫左個丼飯。叫左北海五品盛、究極甲羅盛其他款都好吸引,而且餐牌有晒圖片顯示會大概估到出嚟嘅成品係點。究極甲羅盛入面有蟹蓋、松葉蟹肉、蟹鉗、蟹膏、蟹籽,上枱嘅時候碗飯滿到就嚟鯊,好足料啊!店員仲提醒可以將蟹膏撈入飯入邊,唔需要多加豉油就會食到蟹嘅鮮味!撈左蟹膏同蟹子落白飯到真係好好食,好夠味,而且蟹肉好鮮甜。而朋友個北海五品盛,有三文魚、油金魚、海膽、牡丹蝦、帶子, 食落好新鮮,隻蝦仲好大隻添,好滿足!

最近好想食丼飯,今日朋友就帶我黎到大埔呢間主要食丼飯既一鳴丼食堂。餐廳入面設計好有日本餐廳既感覺好地道!一坐低侍應就比menu我地,哇,好多丼飯都好正好想食呀!最後我叫左北海五品盛,因為有齊晒我最鍾意既三文魚、油甘魚、牡丹蝦、帶子,仲有海膽添!剌身全部都好新鮮好厚,超級鮮甜。而我朋友就因為唔太好魚生,所以叫左個究極甲羅盛,呢個全部都係蟹!滿滿既蟹膏用黎撈飯真係超正,好好味,蟹腳又超厚肉好juicy😋其實餐廳仲有壽司同剌身,不過因為我地兩個女仔食唔到咁多就冇叫到嚕。整體黎講真係超級抵,其他餐廳好難呢個價錢食到質素咁高既丼飯,性價比真係超高,已經想再去食多次嚕,下次約多啲朋友一齊再黎試下灸燒牛肉丼蒲同蒲燒鰻魚飯立貝盛先!

剌身全部都好新鮮好厚,超級鮮甜。而我朋友就因為唔太好魚生,所以叫左個究極甲羅盛,呢個全部都係蟹!滿滿既蟹膏用黎撈飯真係超正,好好味,蟹腳又超厚肉好juicy😋其實餐廳仲有壽司同剌身,不過因為我地兩個女仔食唔到咁多就冇叫到嚕。整體黎講真係超級抵,其他餐廳好難呢個價錢食到質素咁高既丼飯,性價比真係超高,已經想再去食多次嚕,下次約多啲朋友一齊再黎試下灸燒牛肉丼蒲同蒲燒鰻魚飯立貝盛先!
