我們點了份北海五品盛和份鮭火山 刺身飯上枱不馬虎 刺身俾得十分足夠 擺盤亦頗為美觀 而且刺身也很美味 望到滿滿嘅三文魚 已經覺得好幸福 最鍾意食嘅係大蝦同帶子 食落去都幾鮮甜 滿滿的剌身一齊share 都食得好夠!❤️
蔥吞拿魚魚蓉同蟹醬撈下飯其實都幾正下 冇平時食晒刺身之後淨係wasabi同豉油撈飯咁寡。

舩坂深山菊大吟釀,唯一一支細清酒,全家只有我飲酒的呢!色香味優質,獨尋醉兩支細唔少得。純米吟釀,鞋鞋不幼滑,酒味淡而不香醇,有放棄的衝動。花陽浴純米大吟釀,薄身口感,酒香而不夠醇,餘韻有少少辣。

豪快海膽盛,酸蘿蔔爽爽消滯,韓國芝麻葉即紫蘇葉,捲飯捲海膽或用紫菜捲,各具特色,別有番風味。珍珠米十分飽滿嚥韌肥嘟嘟!鵪鶉蛋三色海膽撈飯,添點山葵豉油提味絕頂!少少飯多多肉,鮮甜濕潤沒半點腥嗅,滋味無窮無得彈!朋友收到風我正在嘆緊至尊海膽丼飯,要求速遞兩碗海膽丼飯大便當,好啦好啦!都要等我食埋先啊。

究極甲羅盛,松葉蟹蓋、松葉蟹腳、蟹肉、蟹拑、蟹膏麵豉、蟹子、鵪鶉蛋、蔥花、鮮山葵蓉,百花齊放!蟹腳直接入口一啖一條,嫩嫩柔軟,蟹汁微滲鮮甜。蟹拑實淨爽彈,蟹味濃郁。除蟹腳蟹拑直接處理外,將其他食材融合成完全體。蟹肉、蟹膏麵豉、蟹子、鵪鶉蛋,蔥花只有老爸食,鮮山葵蓉只有我食,大家用自己獨特方法消滅掉。我不是飯桶,淺嚐一小碗已十分足夠,黏黏嚥嚥肥美珍珠米,甘香蟹膏麵豉,蟹子咸鮮脆口,蟹汁帶著鮮味蟹汁,蛋液牽引平衡各種食材和諧共處!

唐揚原隻軟殼蟹,炸得有少許油膩感,脆漿鬆化不硬掘掘已值得一讚。屬中碼的軟殼蟹,薄身帶膏酥香鬆化沒過份的咸,落幾滴鮮青檸汁更清新。雞皮串燒,少見的長條形狀,印象中係雞背皮嗎?香脆兼備,焦香搭豐盛鳳脂,香甜回甘。汁燒厚切牛舌,大大舊一口牛,爽爽彈牙極有嚼勁,鹽香牛甜爆汁不羶。燒脆肉瓜,清爽清甜。燒日本甜番薯,綿粉皮香甜到漏。

日本生蠔,蔥花醬油吊吊味,海水咸味高,蠔身爽滑。牡丹蝦刺身,真牡丹蝦新鮮度爆燈,黏爽彈甜,蝦膏甘香無限。油甘魚刺身,油潤滑滑,魚脂香甜讚不絕口。間八刺身,貌似油甘魚但更肥美更油潤更鮮甜。三文魚腩刺身,平凡鮮甜不夠肥。活赤貝刺身,活劏爽脆黏滑,貝甜味出眾。

珍寶帆立貝壽司,優質肥美綿滑厚厚帶子。拖羅壽司,幼嫩激甜魚脂,滑溜溜油份高,堅係大舊飯,其實一指已非常足夠,比例太多了!肉多飯少二比一最滿足。壽司飯跟珍珠米一模一樣圓潤大粒,個人覺得用瘦長米粒會更舒服更合適。醋漬白子,季節限定鱈魚精囊,冰涼脆滑,少少腥少少甜,神秘的反差味道,酸醋幫助不少。

雞肝串燒,切得細細,燒完更乾,口感味道大打折扣。鹽燒雞心,食冰鮮雞心的我不可能滿足!乾乾韌韌不彈沒鮮味。鹽燒雞頸肉,罕見的食材,雞味濃厚,趙落一絲絲少許肉汁。

蒲燒鰻魚帆立貝盛,有兩塊黃禁禁酸蘿蔔?還是鯑靈魚子?原來係玉子呢。巨形帆立貝佔據大半個飯碗,仲被燒鰻魚重重包圍!厚厚帶子嫩嫩內臟彈彈掛著甜豉油躺在白飯塞進嘴仔,打得精彩絕倫拍手叫好。丼飯暖笠笠不像壽司飯低低於室溫。瘦瘦薄身魚脂欠奉,鬆軟滑肥美不足,搭著軟飯嘆還算不過不失。鰻魚串燒,唔記得已點鰻魚丼再點蒲燒鰻魚。餐牌寫住串燒點知成條上既?

一鳴創作醬炸雞,雞甜滴汁滑滑,鬆化炸粉香口,唧點鮮檸汁更醒神。汁燒帆立貝,跟丼飯內既帆立貝同出一轍不相伯仲,只係內臟被抽掉及添加燒烤焦香味。芝士明太子玉子燒,我幻想芝士及明太子都會釀入玉子燒,原來明太子鋪係表面,只釀入芝士。心底裡有點抗拒,因有多次的不開心經歷,遇上的都係極老鞋鞋翻叮蛋皮!驚喜竟然鮮煮,誠意爆燈不得不讚!嫩滑香甜熱烘烘,咸香芝士黏黏味濃,明太子陣陣辛辣亦帶鮮,配搭神奇美味。

蟹棒壽司壽司飯有點冷而且質素比以前差,乾硬不是乾爽不是嚥韌飽滿,甜醋味完全感受不到。幸好蟹棒軟綿多汁,魚肉味加蛋黃醬完美。蝦仔蟹膏麵豉軍艦,微微鮮蝦味爽爽蝦仔配濃郁咸鮮黏黏蟹膏麵豉,回味再回味。拖羅刺身,魚脂不正常溶到濕淋淋,差點想滴出黎,用快速解凍?用微波爐解凍?間八刺身,發現紫蘇葉的神奇!獨特的香氣搭任可一款刺身都提鮮提味,更加引人入勝!

四重火焰盛,三文魚、帶子、左口魚裙邊、蟹棒、蛋黃。炙過左口魚裙邊最突出顯眼,出色非凡!魚脂半溶油潤立立令帶焦香!搭上山葵、豉油、蛋黃撈飯,五星級享受!帶子蟹棒也不甘示弱,烤過使得鮮甜味更濃,配埋撈飯拍爛手掌不停消滅!三文魚就較為遜色,厚身表層微熟魚味濃。

赤蝦刺身,超乎想像巨形赤蝦比牡丹蝦大最少兩倍,不過味道有天淵之別。雖然黏爽甜不及牡丹蝦,不過色香味俱全高質。八爪魚刺身,咸鮮爽脆後嚥韌。墨魚刺身,黏黏帶脆,鮮味溫柔。北寄貝刺身,軟腍味淡。

三文魚子軍艦,見餐牌寫三文魚籽,籽從米部,米部為植物種子不用作生物,親子親子,唔會親籽親籽。大量圓碌碌晶凝通透橙色寶石閃閃發光,整件啪入在嘴中連環爆破!霹靂啪喇過癮悅耳。濃濃汁液充滿咸鮮跟白飯紫菜夾得天衣無縫,凱程的三文魚子。

土佐豆腐,三種配搭三種顏色靚靚,蔥花、木魚絲、櫻花蝦,其實不太食到分別,因油炸感野蠻強烈。外殼脆到到甩皮,最好一啖過入口,但太熱呢!硬豆腐有酸味,突然聯想到炸嗅豆腐,可能配豆瓣醬會更好味。

一鳴炒雜菜,熱辣辣飄著煙送到,聞到氣味我已心知不妙!洋蔥、芽菜、冬菇、木耳、椰菜及木魚絲所炒成,洒上木魚粉裝飾。洋蔥味霸道,盡力地試食,還是要棄權投降,真的吃不了!

秋葵串燒,黏液的口感始終使我有點卻步,硬食兩條已非常足夠,爽脆爽脆。汁燒雞翼,醃到裡面白肉已程現少許淡紅色,醃味濃濁陰沉,皮都燒得香脆,整體唔難食。鹽燒鯖魚,非常特別的肉質,結實帶爽噴出魚汁!皮脆肉香,沾埋果醋更顯風味。

鹽燒雞尾,明白雞油澎湃要花長時間燒到收乾,要耐心等候,終於壓軸登場!完完全全感到食緊雞油,豬油渣的味道與質感,極度油膩!配白飯或湯麵會較舒服。跟我係北海道札幌食既知床雞籮友差天共地,完全不能相提並論!當時入口彈滑多汁,雞甜味濃厚,鳳脂油潤,還以為食緊雞髀肉啊!

另外家人點了鮭火山丼飯 如果是愛三文魚的人便大飽口福了 丼飯頂端還有一大陀吞拿魚茸 堆得高高的 本人超愛吞拿魚茸 配飯簡直是幸福之選

壽司飯上面鋪的火炙三文魚脂片很厚而有肉汁 熟度到好處 為簡單的一餐錦上添花 很滿意

限聚令仲未過 但街上面已經人頭湧湧我都忍唔住破戒 近近地去大埔試吓呢間魚生飯去到都要等位 一嚟係因為限聚令嘅限制二嚟都真係多人嚟食俾啲Menu大家睇吓先呢間舖頭有, 魚生飯, 串燒, 炸物都真係好多嘢食下我哋嗌左兩個魚生飯 加一堆串燒飽到捧住個肚走事不宜遲即刻去相最好食嘅真係嗰個海膽魚生飯雖然價錢都唔係平 都差唔多$200 一碗但係對得住個價錢!啲都好新鮮 又大大件串燒亦都係即叫即燒一個字 讚!It is a very high quality restaurant in Tai Po and I highly recommend you all to try!!!

今日走去大埔搵朋友,佢都好了解對飲食有要求嘅我,係佢試過好食嘅餐廳中揀左呢間日本野。我係壽司愛好者,不過都要就番朋友叫下其他野食嘅,所以我就負責揀壽司其他就俾佢揀啦!火灸牛肉好有牛味,質感都算軟身,唔會同壽司飯唔夾。章紅魚幾新鮮,有光澤,唔錯!鰻魚好食,個醬汁味道岩岩好。吞拿魚感覺差d香味,如果有多小小調味吊起味道應該會更好。三文魚子無野彈,係大埔呢d小區黎講,已經夠出色。蟹膏甜蝦係易伏之選,但朋友話想試,都好彩佢款蟹膏唔會腥,甜蝦又唔會太軟身。另外朋友叫左丼飯,我覺得ok啦,只要d食材新鮮都會好食嘅,同埋佢仲加左流心蛋。玉子燒我就覺得幾香幾滑身,密度唔會好高,所以唔會話食滯咁樣,都值得食呀~

最後我最喜愛的鰻魚飯終於出場了,由於quota 有限所以把帆立貝讓給仔仔最後吃了三份一的鰻魚飯已經非常飽了,幸好仔仔食量較大沒有浪費食物,但我想說金黃色的鰻魚汁非常吸引如果我肚餓的時候一定能把整個鰻魚飯吃光!🤤

之前試過一鳴拉麵,覺得唔錯,而今日又想食下丼飯,所以就試埋係一鳴拉麵旁既一嗚丼食堂。好好彩今日早左少少去唔駛等位,入坐之後已經有2台人等緊。裝修都係一般日本餐廳既設計,感覺都幾光亮整潔,餐廳有做足消毒清潔,某程度上令食客都安心不少。餐牌同埋落Order既紙係同一張,直接寫要邊一款,係好方便既。今日好想食丼飯,而我最愛既係海膽同三文魚子,所以就叫左個北海五品盛,呢個盛有牡丹蝦,帶子,油甘魚,三文魚,海膽同三文魚子。一眼望落去就知呢個盛既主角係牡丹蝦,真係好大隻,新鮮好味。但我眼中既主角係海膽,第一口梗係要食佢啦。大大啖,鮮甜到呢。其實呢個北海五品盛真係好大碗,而D魚生真係幾新鮮下,份量又多,呢個價錢有咁既質素同份量,都算抵食。食完個丼飯已經勁飽,但個炙燒饅魚壽司賣相太吸引,其實味道都相當唔錯,個醬做得唔錯。

今日好想食丼飯,而我最愛既係海膽同三文魚子,所以就叫左個北海五品盛,呢個盛有牡丹蝦,帶子,油甘魚,三文魚,海膽同三文魚子。一眼望落去就知呢個盛既主角係牡丹蝦,真係好大隻,新鮮好味。

這次和友人去的是一嗚井食堂,來到是老板娘(?)招呼我們。她跟我們就疫情關係,現在最多只能容納12人😭。送上了熱茶,很好喝,仲會幫我地refill,態度很好。挺喜歡店內的裝修,柔和的燈光讓人很舒服。店內還會播着差不多十年前我會聽的日文舊歌🤭老板娘人都好nice, 會同我地傾下計,所以我都好好奇咁問d 歌係邊個揀的。Menu設計得幾有心機🤪來到當然要食我最愛的玉子壽司,玉子很甜,我很喜歡。甜蝦都幾大隻,分量也不小,吃下去挺新鮮,不錯。(我很喜歡他們用的碟,有design,幾好看的。點了鰻魚飯,好吃。飯的份量都幾多,但鰻魚都唔少,仲有隻帶子,好好餸飯,適合我這個飯桶。而飯有豉油但也不會太鹹,底部都有的,所以不會愈食愈冇味,都幾貼心。而且附上玉子,太好了。我們總共點了這些食物。總結:雖然舖位唔太大,但都食得好開心,令人覺得好舒服,價錢合理,值得再黎。同埋menu都有好多野可以試。
