雞煲食得多,但三種椰子整成嘅雞煲我第一次食真係覺得好驚艷,一開始椰肉用嚟炒雞,已經聞到陣陣嘅香氣,之後到上雞湯,再倒入原個椰皇,同埋椰青王,未食之前我已經飲咗三碗湯,真係好鮮甜,唔會好油膩,好好味。隻雞仲都好滑,食晒啲雞先至用個湯嚟打邊爐。手工鮫子同埋蝦丸,味道真係食得出用心製作,最正食到芫荽餃,好重芫荽味,黃金蝦丸,入口好彈牙,入面更加有鹹蛋黃,特別香口。鵝腸已經唔係咁多地方可以食得到,呢度仲可以揀肥鵝腸定係瘦我腸,我揀咗瘦鵝腸但入口依然爽口,最精彩當然不得不提碟美國肥牛,配埋乾冰一齊上,打卡效果一流,味道亦都好好,入口即溶,牛味濃郁,今餐我真係唔記得已經飲咗幾多碗雞湯,因為真係超級好味,非常滿足。

今天黃昏,我和同事走到尖沙咀加連威老道,找到一間名叫云手工火鍋的酒店餐廳晚餐。店員先上九格子的醬料,大家可以自己配搭自己喜歡的口味。九格子美觀,服務也很好。我們點了大份美國安格斯牛肉、半隻雞鍋、雜菜拼盤、韮菜餃和粟米。當雞鍋火鍋上桌時,一股香味撲鼻而來,讓我們垂涎三尺。把大塊的安格斯牛肉在湯底中悠悠滑動,散發出誘人的肉香。我們將片片肉片放進湯底,瞬間凝聚出的滋味充滿口腔。雞肉柔嫩多汁,滋味濃郁,令人回味無窮。雜菜拼盤的色彩繽紛,新鮮蔬菜在湯底中煨煮後,保持了蔬菜原本的甜味和營養。韮菜餃裡包裹著韮菜的香氣,外皮香而可口。粟米爆裂出的甜味,在口中綻放,帶來一絲清甜的感覺。整個高級晚餐大家都食得好開心。
