鮮腐竹魚肉煲遲遲未到,應該是漏了單,經三次追問後終於到了,簡單的一道菜,腐竹,豆腐,魚肉,清清的,魚肉削咗啲,都算合格嘅。
注,相片有些是起筷後才影,所以細碟左😅

原本打算又去食味道海鮮加工,點知逢星期三休息,一下子都不知道往哪間好,剛好有個靚女問我們是否食晚飯試下我們這家,見個靚女誠意滿分,我們在猶豫不決之下最後都決定一試!先黎個伍仔記冷盤$98最欣賞個涼瓜,清爽醒胃充滿麻香!鱔片爽脆可口!再黎個小炒,菠蘿豉椒生炒骨,酸甜但不脆口!第一道海鮮上場,豉椒炒聖子豉椒香濃,聖子爽口,夠鑊氣!第二道,蒜蓉粉絲蒸貴妃蚌烹調時間掌握得剛好故爽甜,醬油更加帶出海鮮鮮味第三道,油泡筍売魚外脆內軟但尚欠點火候。第四道,豉油王大蝦轆這個比較鹹,不過算有鑊氣!第五道,酥炸生蠔就道菜都幾考師父,好多地方做到粉漿太厚食落糊口,這裡恰好皮薄香脆,入口鬆化且不感油膩,做得不錯!第六道,鹽焗奄仔蟹不過不失,失敗在我們提供個隻蟹!下次都會試下椰子雞煲,看看水準如何!

在大埔熟食中心有太多食店,所以去之前已看定open rice做足功課,可能希望越大,失望越大。首先看到食評說豉油王吊桶仔好味,便set定目標吃這個,餸來了外表吸引,可惜食時淡而無味,吊桶完全不入味,只是外表有點色水,虛有其表。之後點了招牌冷盤,全碟也淡而無味,幸好配合日式芥苿及豉油,感覺像吃刺身,生腸爽口及苦瓜有點味,相對較好。諗住叫點穩陣啲嘅餸,金銀蛋莧菜也令我們失望,菜不夠嫩,有點「鞋」口,湯底味道👌🏻我點了一客合桃京都骨給小朋友吃,京都骨用了很多鬆肉粉,所以很淋,味道也可接受。全餐最好味的是合桃,非常鬆脆可口,可惜只有幾粒,實在不夠喉喉😔整體感覺令人失望,以為在熟食中心可食到夠鑊氣夠惹味的食品,但今餐完全兩回事😔

呢晚又去大埔熟食市場開飯,是夜選左呢度。3個人,簡簡單單,叫左3個餸, 白飯,要左枝啤酒。「炸乳鴿」:叫左2隻,上枱時有埋碟「准鹽」,不過無俾「檸檬片」或「o急汁」,如果有會更好,因可去油膩,無甘「濟」。乳鴿炸得乾左d,唔算好多肉,幾香口,岩送酒。「清炒雜菜」:選左菜心。雖然已經切走左d菜莖比較近根的部份,但d菜仍然係比較硬,如果想練下牙力,或者需要多d纖維,甘就最適合不過,但如果兩者都唔需要,甘呢個菜真係硬左少少。「咕嚕生炒骨」:生炒骨炸得太乾,over左,硬,味道係可以接受,只係真係太乾。埋單270,個人認為唔係太岩自己口味。又可能黎呢度比較適合食「雞煲」、「羊腩煲」,「海鮮」......卦。

大埔街市卧虎藏龍,出名的食肆多不勝數,要脫穎而出,一定要有自己的特色講到晚市大排檔式的已經超過兩間,例牌炒菜固然唔少得,而伍仔記就一定要試下佢個特色冷盤喇,特色冷盤配以日本芥末,估唔到起到咁勁的化學反應,當中的鮑魚片、生腸爽口而彈牙,尤其是苦瓜,平時的苦瓜我係唔會食,但佢可以整到甘甜而爽,一食就唔停得口了,其他炒蜆炒聖子等亦係味道濃郁且夠晒鑊氣的,隊返兩杯,人生一樂也!

豉椒炒花蛤,完全無鑊氣既?靜蠅蠅送到,微暖半點煙也沒有!花蛤發育不良不飽滿,外形瘦猛猛。灼熟之後兜個豉椒汁就出貨,水份及蛋白質均已流失亦無海水咸香。

蛤肉淡茂茂,豉椒汁偏甜而豆豉味濃厚而濁。恰巧附近幾檯都係叫花蛤,一齊炒的嗎?花蛤肉甩掉會分贓唔勻喎。

清蒸多寶魚,我印象中以為係成千蚊條既貴價魚,原來只不過一百蚊有找啫。想要涼瓜炆,夠香啦麻,但阿媽同細妹食唔到,轉清蒸囉,無所謂。

好大條喎,成斤重都有呢,一斤左右大細既魚好嫩滑好味。其實我對比目魚類不太喜歡,即鰨沙魚類,但又唔抗拒既。因為佢地雖然啖啖肉無細骨,嫩滑幼細肥美,但魚味偏淡,鮮味微弱呢,依條都不例外,不過爸媽妹都很愛。沾上蒸魚豉油,我都覺滿意好味的。

啫啫雞煲,見到 menu 推介,即時燃起我既食慾,我要食佢呀!上檯喇,份量咁少既?迷你煲黎喎,而且有股𤓓味湧出,啫啫燶了!師傅太唔小心喇,我都知好忙。

雞肉過熟以至乾鞋,欠嫩滑欠肥美,醃味濃而重,味道其實不過不失,但添加左燶味呢。豬潤乾硬鞋烚烚,冬菇滑彈清香最好味。

金銀蛋莧菜,平時我係唔會 order,但細妹想食。基本咸蛋雞湯味道,莧菜烚得軟腍,平平無奇無感覺,正常質數。

豉油皇吊桶,好采點中味超好食啫!新鮮度無與倫比,肉質滑彈帶爽,純天然海產鮮魷味道濃厚,美味可口!lucky 吊桶中還藏著大量魷魚春添,脹卜卜肥嘟嘟!

要整隻啪先能滿足我既獸性,蛋味甘香加上鮮嫩吊桶肉,而且散發著豉油香,震撼味蕾!失望地豉油少許偏甜,欠缺惹味,加點薑蔥爆爆去,添點清香及鑊氣就更正!

炸 BB 鴿,整個晚餐似乎無咩肉落肚呢,叫隻乳鴿同細妹 share,爸媽話已食飽了。賣相都滿意,骨頭還未 BB 到可以食落肚。剛炸起熱騰騰香噴噴,雖然好咸,不過皮脆肉嫩。

依餐真係勁抵食,好耐未試過同全家人食晚飯 $600 蚊有找呢。

大埔街市是很多人找東西吃的地方. 這間店也有些名氣. 所以就在這家座下來。我們叫了燒乳鴿,正! 真正是即燒的感覺。熱和脆。另又叫了魚,是日speical, 寫在牆上的,所以便試了,好像是斑? 也不錯,比較肥。另又叫了菜。原以為在這類大排檔吃不會太貴,但都唔平。三人吃,共四百左右。

係大埔行街,去左伍仔記到食飯,記得上次去已是前年的事了。叫餸食飯。開枝啤。伍仔記冷盤,有涼瓜、生腸、白鱔及飽片,冰涼又爽口,岩晒夏天食呀。椒鹽魷魚,都幾香口呀。沙拉骨,本身鍾意食,好多沙拉醬,肉質鬆化,味道酸酸甜甜好開胃呀。西檸雞,口感好硬.好像不太新鮮。呢次好似水準下降左,唔知係味太多人了。

一向都好鍾意去大埔墟街市買海鮮,單係海鮮檔已經有60幾檔,海鮮種類燇繁多,價錢又平,選擇又多,有啲檔口仲專賣埋啲了能嘅海鮮,真係每次去到逛街市都目不暇給,總有豐富收獲。今晚就約左一班好友聚餐,地點都係要啲就腳嘅地方啦,呢個街市臨近大埔墟站,有朋友嚟過伍仔記後都話好食又抵食,仲可以自攜海鮮上嚟加工添。由於朋友都鍾意食海鮮,星期六下午5點幾已經嚟到街市掃靚貨,見到有咁大隻黃金蜆就買左2斤、16隻大聖子、2斤中size瀨尿蝦、奄仔蟹4隻、琵琶蝦4隻,加埋都係$720。再攞上去伍仔記先,問左5樣嘢加工費都係$300,抵唔抵就見仁見智啦。咁去得人地檔口食就當然要試下人地手勢啦,除左加工海鮮外,呢度仲有出名嘅招牌旦家雞。旦家雞無影相,但隻雞真係好滑,唔肥兼好有雞味(廢話吧) 油鹽水煮黃金蜆,唔駛講啲蜆一定新鮮啦,岩岩街市精挑細選買返嚟,新鮮蜆唔駛落薑唔駛胡椒,只係用了啲蔥嘅香味和大頭菜嘅咸味,就能突顯蜆嘅鮮甜味道,蜆肉飽滿多汁。呢碟 豉椒炒蟶子真係炒得幾出色,豉椒味好惹味又唔會太搶,蟶子肉爽滑又嫩口,最重要係洗得乾淨無沙。蟶子就算買返屋企自己都未必能夠有把握煮得好食,帶嚟加工就真係乾手淨腳

豉椒炒蟶子真係炒得幾出色,豉椒味好惹味又唔會太搶,蟶子肉爽滑又嫩口,最重要係洗得乾淨無沙。蟶子就算買返屋企自己都未必能夠有把握煮得好食,帶嚟加工就真係乾手淨腳。

Other Info. : 自己買完海鮮就拎上嚟加工,自己想食咩海鮮就買,既能保証海鮮嘅新鮮度和質素外,呢度加工海鮮真係整得唔錯,最重要係價錢唔貴。 我地8個人食完海鮮都仲係未夠喉,一路飲酒一路叫餸,後加了豉油王鵝腸(夠爽脆)、豉油王粉麵、椒鹽腰果雞軟骨、避風塘茄子腰果、牛仔骨。

一年前同朋友黎食,叫左五六樣餸大部份都ok !今日有朋友生日所以黎食,點知叫左八樣餸,再叫左幾枝啤酒,餸黎到樣樣都上碟唔好睇,好似好求奇,同埋野食都唔夠熱咁,味道差了很多。雞味怪怪的,最後是吃剩了1/5,份量不算太多,價錢算貴左少少。我想沒有下次了……

今日一大班人大概九點去左伍仔記, 因為book左位,所以一去到就有位。員工服務態度好好,食得好開心。 我地叫左西檸雞,紅燒班腩煲,金菇肥牛煲,粟米斑塊,炸大腸,芥末墨魚丸,蝦仁炒蛋,蠔餅....最深刻係西檸雞,酸酸甜甜又唔太漏好開胃,而且份量好足,仲有我最鍾意既紅燒班腩煲,班腩又入味而且咬落去唔太硬,好有口感。 食到好飽埋單每人都係$67,成班人去真係好扺食! 下次會再黎試其他小菜!

朋友介紹來這裡吃晚飯叫了豉油皇老虎蝦蝦肉鮮甜蝦頭蝦膏炸到脆卜卜,可以連殼一齊食豉椒炒聖子,肉質好爽口彈牙,豉椒味濃,惹味可口果皮蒸鮑魚, 鮑魚好大隻好果皮味襯托得鮑魚更加鮮甜花雕蛋白蒸蟹,蛋白在口裡能感受到蟹的鮮甜味蟹肉鮮甜無比, 肉質亦多蒸石立蒸得也是幾好,條魚算滑,肉唔鞋,好食價錢唔係太貴,服務都幾親切,我下次都會再光顧的
