今日又出動去穩食,佳佳甜品之前就有耳聞喇,不過就沒什麼機會同時間過來一嘗美味。一場來到,點了一個芝蔴餬,雖然芝蔴餬不能說是很特別嘅甜品,但系要好食都系要落翻一堆功夫嘅,佳佳嘅芝蔴餬味道都算出師喇,不會太甜或者味道唔夠,雖然都稱得上系好“結”,但系不會太過,還是比較流質的,入口都是濃濃的純正芝麻味,芝麻都是個中極品喇,顏色黑到好靚,水準確實唔錯。環境都算咁喇,而且價格真系好親民,好抵食吖!楊枝甘露都系咁麻麻,果肉什麼的都好多料,不過對我而言就覺得好甜,食咗幾啖就啦啦霖撇埋一邊喇。

吃過晚飯之後,很自然就是飯後甜品時間囉~ 佐敦區有很多不同甜品店,但最近鬧得熱哄哄的,當然是佳佳甜品,因為經米之蓮推介過,店鋪遭到業主大幅加租,被追搬遷營業… 去到店鋪大約九點左右,已經有不少人聚在門外買外賣和排隊,幸好客流量很快,不用等很久便可入座。店鋪只售約十種的中式糖水,如想吃新派甜品,便要另覓地方。冬天總是想吃暖東西,因此便點了芝麻糊湯丸($25),芝麻是手工磨成,香濃的芝麻味陣陣撲鼻,入口也很滑,湯丸皮厚薄適中很有彈性,也不會太甜,非常美味。友人點的合桃露($20)亦很香滑,看得出也是手磨的。最後一個是薑汁湯丸($18),淺嚐了一口薑汁,味道濃郁之餘還辣勁十足,喝完整碗薑汁簡直就像 ’火加光就等於我 若我與歌再加上你 溫度將提升更多’ !  襯著店鋪還未搬遷,要一試米之蓮死亡之吻推介的朋友便要快手去了!

如果早在30年前有openrice,如果早在30年前在隨身的攝影裝置,如果早在30年前有人如我技癢寫食評,當年拍下的餐牌,至少有款式上,應該和現在的沒什麼變化。只是一張餐牌,一面圖,一面字,字的那面有較多合併款式;主打中式甜品,杏行露合桃露芝麻糊綠豆沙紅豆沙、燉木瓜燉雪耳、薏米西米露麥粥、薑湯丸薑蕃薯,通通$18-20,不過後來剎出個程咬金 - $28的「楊枝甘露」。3年前還是一個無空調的街角小店,賣$14-16,現今$18-20/碗這個價格,合理不已,連松記都要輸個身位,更何況是街裡云云乜記乜記的糖水舖。除預設款式外,可以加湯丸、蕃薯、蛋等,各適其適。

一碗湯丸有8顆,簡單的配以薑汁,光是看著已感到溫暖,舌頭準備迎接那灼熱快感。寓意團團圓圓的湯丸,當然如其寓意般渾圓飽滿。不算特別大顆,當然不能和超市的急凍湯丸相比,因為寧波湯丸吃的是皮薄而軟糯的手藝。做皮用的粉糰用上糯米粉加水製成,做好了煙韌滑溜的質感,再加上絕巧手藝,才達至皮薄而軟糯的境界。超市的急凍湯丸?吃粉糰而已。

雖然俗稱「糖水」,除了甜外,還有辣。本不為嗜辣之輩,卻獨愛薑茶、薑糖,不夠辣的寧願不吃。市面上的薑汁底,片糖味為主,辛辣在碰上了短短幾秒後消聲匿跡。同樣是淡黃色,但辣得過癮,薑迷必定收貨,但吃不到辣的恐怕不能喝下一整碗。一般的薑汁底只是在滾水中加薑片,但這裡卻是把薑連皮的磨成汁,真材實料。

只是放了一顆湯丸在碗內,都不能見到湯丸的底,可見薑汁底有多混濁。就算已經很飽、吃不下湯丸,我還是會喝下這些薑汁。

與其說機會是留給有準備的人,我會說機會亦是留給懂得珍惜的人。人愈大,彷彿愈懂得欣賞傳統事物,因為經歷過人和事的變遷,明白到能存活下來的,才是不怕紅爐火的真金,就像佳佳甜品四十年如一日的中式糖水;能走過高山低谷後、仍留在你身邊的,才是無條件愛你的人。這夜和我吃湯丸的,都是至中學相愛至今、細聲講大聲笑的閏蜜,原來朋友仔感情再天真,亦是我永遠也會愛惜的人。

The shop definitely has a local feel. The inside of the restaurant was packed with people, and the servers were very busy getting ordered to everyone ASAP.

We asked for a picture menu and were thankful it not only had pictures but English too! We ordered a black sesame sweet soup to try ($18).

It came within seconds since they just scoop the soup from a ready made pot. Having never tried it before, we had a lot of fun drinking it. The soup was pleasantly hot (that perfect temperature to warm you up but not scald your tongue), and had strong sesame taste. It wasn't too sweet, but rather a full sweet that makes it a satisfying but not guilty dessert.

We ended up getting the black soup on our hands and teeth, so make sure to bring tissues! It was funny seeing my BF with stained black teeth haha. Give this place a try if you're at the nearby markets if you want to sample some traditional dessert!

開業四十年, 更得到2015年米芝蓮推介, 那又如何 .... 隨後被業主瘋狂加租 ~決定在2016年的3月1日遷往附近寧波街、超市對面~我們在甜品店內聽得最多客人叫的是芝麻糊、湯圓,價錢只是每碗賣$18-$20,我們特別叫了芝麻糊加湯圓及合桃糊加湯圓,湯圓是麻蓉餡,略甜但重芝麻香,湯圓皮則軟糯;芝麻糊與合桃糊的濃稠度都是可以掛匙,從燈光映照在芝麻糊上是可見反光,可想而知在成糊前已炒至出油;合桃糊有食到茸茸質感, 真材實料還食到有合桃衣碎, 兩糊皆輕甜, 尤對比在湯圓上更顯輕甜!本篇完 ~

和男友在附近吃過晚餐後,行行下去到佳佳門口。望下價錢和menu,決定試下當時時間尚早(約7:30pm)食客不算太多, 不需要等位。我參考openrice上其他食家的推介,結果我點了自己都愛吃的湯圓 - 薑汁湯圓而男友就點了 - 芝麻糊約7-8分鐘後,美食就黎到我倆的嘴巴前芝麻糊 $18 - 夠熱 (試過食出面坊間一些芝麻糊,叫熱既就比碗暖既你賣相⋯) 偷食了小小男友碗芝麻糊後,甜度剛好 香和滑。到我的''賣飛佛''-薑汁湯圓,皮既厚度適中煙靭 ,黑芝麻餡的甜度剛好(但我覺得比起芝麻糊甜DD), 再配合好薑的薑湯絕佳。我值頭覺得尼碗好可能係全香港最好食既 薑汁湯圓。價錢又便宜,$18有8粒。一定會再光顧和好值得推介因為一碗湯圓,令我寫左我的第1篇食評寫得唔好請見諒!

呢幾日聽到佳佳做到出年2月,今晚突登去食,去到排曬隊,勁多人。唯有叫外賣,番到屋企打開見到個份量比平時少左d。少左一截都唔緊要,最大問題就系質素都差左。之前一直食開杏仁糊,都覺得好好味又夠糊狀,唔似出面d糖水鋪甘食落成碗水,今次真係好失望,味道都無平時甘濃,成碗杏仁糊都水汪汪,唔似平時甘糊狀,似飲水落肚多過似食緊杏仁糊。芝麻糊都系比平時稀左少少,食落比杏仁糊好,唔似飲水甘,但質素都系差左
