作為一家出名的生煎包店,門口掛滿了名人合照,足見其受歡迎程度。🔥店舖門面衛生,裝潢懷舊有特色。我們點了鮮雞湯小雲吞(12粒)和生煎包(2隻)。🥠小雲吞的味道不錯,雖然不算特別出色,但也足夠鮮美。配上店家提供的甜菜心,味道不錯。👌🏻💥重頭戲當然是生煎包。雖然尺寸較細,但咬下去時包餡汁水噴出四射,可見內餡極其多汁,進食時要額外小心🙏🏻。套餐附上了冰凍豆漿,但份量較少,需要額外再點一杯。🥛另外還點了一份蟹皇拌麵。蟹黃份量非常充足,麵條配上少許醋後,蟹黃的味道不會有任何腥味。加上少許醋後,整個口感更加圓潤美味。🦀🦀最後,要介紹原味小籠包👍🏼。薄薄的麵皮口感恰到好處,肉汁足夠不會乾澀。總的來說,劉興記的生煎包及蟹黃拌麵十分值得推薦,整體價格合理。

原來劉興記已經開到黎元朗啦! 呢間分店位置坐得闊落D。 黎到一定要叫招牌生煎包,著淺色衫既話要留意,因為一咬真係會爆汁,好juicy。肉餡好香都好足料,皮就岩岩好,唔會太厚唔會太薄。排骨蔥油拌面排骨炸到好香脆,唔難咬開。蔥油拌面好香,葱香濃郁撲鼻,醬油微甜之餘略帶點鹹香。面質有咬口!麻醬手撕雞冷面麻醬比左好多,成碗面都好香芝麻味。手撕雞份量都幾好,撈埋落冷面到好岩而家咁熱既夏天!鮮雞湯小雲吞有12粒都幾足料,湯底係清清地既湯,有蛋絲仲有菜心。小雲吞係豬肉為主要餡料,幾好食。整體價錢好抵又好食!
