一下子被掃版嘅生煎包專門店😳 睇住佢裝修,既然咁紅,緊係要試試😆S2 麻醬手撕雞絲粉皮+生煎包2隻 $54天口熱真係無乜胃口,我會食涼拌,份量唔少,有好多青瓜絲,清爽開胃。生煎包有原味及蟹黃,套餐就跟原味,2隻點夠喉,所以單點多隻蟹黃味$18/隻。原味已經爆哂汁,其實佢係屁股向上再灑上芝麻,所以面簿,而底做返厚底少少等佢無咁易穿,煎到個底脆增加口感。蟹黃就更加濃郁,$18/粒唔平,但真材實料,蟹黃蟹肉真係填滿內餡,湯水同樣咁多,食落滿滿口感!

劉興記之前响電視睇到介紹,話佢用新鮮豬肉,以為灣仔果間嚟咗元朗,完全錯哂,人地米之蓮,無得比。都去試吓啦,雞絲粉皮好大碟,可以食得飽,但係啲醬太多,槳住個口;個小雲吞就真係好細粒,只係食粉皮無咩肉,粗制無口感唔滑,有2粿菜好食既;豬扒就可以唔食,個人最憎人豬扒粉皮多過豬扒,個人只係鍾情煎豬扒,豬扒唔合格;主角生煎飽都好食,無臭豬味,多汁好夠熱,食埋蟹粉生煎飽都夠味,唯獨係飽低食落太硬。至於食店環境就一般啦,充滿油煙味,店員仲更加唔得,收銀個女人就不知所謂,強調幾次你落單無按確定制所以未落單,我地轉咗位都唔查下啲單,只不斷責怪我地未按確定呀,佢入去整蟹粉,攞出嚟就同個食客講:拿!好低食架咁大碟,真心尼間店我係無下次囉,完全唔合格。

之前食過荃灣店覺得個擔擔麵好食,成日想過去食,原來宜家愈開愈多分店,連元朗都有!有時夜晚想食平啲都可以去呢度!招牌生煎包 4隻 $30岩岩煎起,新鮮出爐熱辣辣!生煎包入面有好多湯汁,而且湯汁幾有肉味,建議趁熱食,因為個包比較厚身,凍左食會比較硬。蟹黃生煎包 2隻 $36蟹黃滿滿,同樣好多湯汁,湯汁仲有啲蟹既味,不過呢個可能放凍左,個包比較硬。小籠包 4隻 $40小籠包原來系早幾日先新出,可以話系生煎包蒸既版本,想無咁熱氣,可以揀小籠包,小籠包入面同樣都有湯汁,但因為size細啲,無生煎包咁多湯。擔擔麵 $42上次食完好味道,今次再encore!湯底同樣好濃,仲幾香蝦味,元朗店既味道都無變!上海排骨蔥油拌麵 $42蔥油拌麵夠乾身,吾會油淋淋,微微醬油同麻油香,不過有蔥加上去就更好。

店舖分別有六間遍布港九新界,行到附近諗唔到食乜不妨試試😋或者如果人多唔想排隊,叫外賣拎返屋企食啦!網上外賣平台都叫得送到你屋企門口👏🏻我地一路食都一路見到不停出外賣,個個食完都打包返屋企!
