今天和朋友来了大埔吃拉面,平时我大多数都在港岛跟九龙活动,很少过来新界这边,这次要感谢朋友的推荐,我才可以尝到这么正宗的拉面!从店外看,感觉好像日本的小店一样!坐在店里面可以看到厨师在煮拉面!这里有几款拉面可以挑,还有很多小食,看上去挺不错的!还有店里自家做的泡芽菜,免贵的,一点点辣,配拉面特别合适!我点了一碗味噌拉面,拉面的汤底跟面都可以自己选喜欢的样式,我选了香滑的汤底跟普通硬度的面。拉面的配料挺多的,有叉烧、黑木耳、糖心蛋等等,好丰富。汤很浓郁!我朋友点的是黑蒜油拌面,我尝了一口, 真的有浓浓的黑蒜油味,非常好吃!我们还点了两样小菜,分别是厚烧芝士玉子跟汁烧鸡骨肠!这家店确实是值得推荐,下次我再去新界的话肯定要再吃!

还有店里自家做的泡芽菜,免贵的,一点点辣,配拉面特别合适!我点了一碗味噌拉面,拉面的汤底跟面都可以自己选喜欢的样式,我选了香滑的汤底跟普通硬度的面。拉面的配料挺多的,有叉烧、黑木耳、糖心蛋等等,好丰富。汤很浓郁!

今日同朋友上完深圳,返到大埔墟已經夜晚九點幾,行下行下,就去左一條有好多日本野既街到,我地就比呢間拉麵店吸引住。佢外面既裝修就好似日本既拉麵店,而入面既地方細細,可以睇到師傅整拉麵,好溫馨既感覺啊!睇下餐單,裡面有幾款拉麵,可以按自己既喜好黎到選唔同既麵、湯底、蒜、蔥等等!仲有好多唔同既小食!點完菜之後,侍應拎左樽芽菜比我地,話一陣可以加落麵到食!我叫左碗黑蒜油拌麵。黑蒜油味勁濃郁,配菜有兩塊燒到好香既叉燒、蛋、黑木耳等等。仲跟埋碗麵鼓湯。朋友就叫左碗味噌拉麵,配料同黑蒜油拉麵一樣,麵既口感彈牙,湯底濃郁,好味道!除左拉麵,我地仲叫左其他小食,包括汁燒雞骨腸,呢個小食幾特別,我都係第一次食!仲有呢個厚燒芝士玉子,正!

值得一提嘅,佢嘅員工都好主動同好醒目,久不久就會過尼幫手斟水,同埋係真材實料嘅檸檬水,唔係個啲就咁擺塊檸檬,一啲都無檸檬味嘅水。

豬骨湯湯味香濃,很鮮甜。吃完拉麵再飲埋湯,已經好夠飽了。朋友點的辛辣味拉麵,其實湯底也是豬骨湯,不過加了辣味,豬骨湯的甜味就無咁突出,我還是喜歡原味呢!

這個是廚師自己特別炒的辣味芽菜配料, 職員很好,特別拿來給我們加一點調味。味道就似辣味螺肉的醬汁一樣,但用芽菜炒還是第一次食,又爽口,又入味,配拉麵吃一流。

我今日係1個人吃,叫咗個味噌豚骨拉麵+章魚小丸子+可樂,湯底由香滑轉特濃加8蚊,香滑湯底都要由上等豚骨熬制十個鐘而成,而特濃更誇張,用了比香滑湯底更多的上等豚骨,材料及時間熬制。
