等咗一陣,麵嚟到,我望一望碗入面,哇,你地班捧餐嘅係盲嘅?入面啲豬潤仲流緊血架喎!咁都捧嚟俾我食?

我食慣越南嘢,以為好似越南生牛肉河咁,要用湯浸熟啲肉,於是,我嘗試篤啲豬潤入湯中浸熟,兼切開啲豬潤做細粒啲,希望浸得熟。

十分鐘後,我放棄我呢個諗法了,因為啲豬潤一直流緊血,幾乎舊舊都浸緊血水同我碗出前一丁撈埋一齊(噁心)。

我叫侍應過嚟,「幫手加一加熱碗麵吖,我啲豬潤仲流緊血!」

侍應拎返入廚房,居然係用微波爐叮我碗麵。

3分鐘後,我檢查吓啲豬潤,啲顏色變灰咗,不過有一兩舊,仲流緊血.....

你以為湯底係藥膳?好似酒樓藥膳鳳爪嗰種?或者肉骨茶嗰種?咁你可以唔使入嚟幫趁喇。因為佢只係普通雞湯底中加入薑絲、杞子,撈出前一丁。真係簡單到我屋企都煮到。

開頭和順記喺天后開分店嗰陣,幫襯過一次已經俾佢嘅神級炸脾深深吸引。嗰次食炸脾感覺良好,因為第一次食到炸脾係外脆內嫩兼爆汁,算係我暫時食過最好食嘅炸脾。今次再度幫襯,當然炸脾雞蛋飯必定叫,再新試多一個芥末牛柳黑松露蛋飯。前者個炸脾炸過咗火,因為整體無乜肉汁,無咁嫩滑,個脆皮就依然keep到。後者係意外地好食,個牛柳好嫩,配埋芥末汁又幾惹味。而黑松露蛋又真係食到有黑松露味,因為好多時喺出面食都未必食到有味。PS. 差唔多食飽嘅時候,餐廳負責人問我哋啲食物質素時,我哋都有表達炸脾炸得太過嘅問題,負責人即時叫廚房再炸過一隻俾我哋試味。本身真係飽到上心口,負責人嘅熱情款待只好接受。今次呢隻就真係食返第一次嘅感覺,又爆汁又外脆內嫩,大滿足。好想俾返個credit 呢間餐廳,因為呢個跟進action你會睇得出佢哋係有心想提供最好嘅食物俾食客,所以會再繼續幫襯。

後者係意外地好食,個牛柳好嫩,配埋芥末汁又幾惹味。而黑松露蛋又真係食到有黑松露味,因為好多時喺出面食都未必食到有味。

係好好食,但以茶餐廳嚟講原本雞脾蛋飯$60已經好貴,改即食麵加$5,改辛拉麵加$10會唔會太過份?

比較我去得幾多嘅北角祥發,嗰度嘅瑞士雞脾都好出色,全日供應嘅瑞士餐好抵仲有超多 options,如瑞士雞脾 + 火腿奄列 + 櫻花蝦濃湯炭燒豬頸肉即食麵 連熱飲賣 $48

我以後都係去番祥發.

嚟到天后電氣道,見到新開左間餐廳 - 和順記!表面普通茶記咁,不過見佢menu d名幾特別就入去試下啦!麻辣蔥油雞撈丁 配 凍奶茶 $61 :分兩碟上枱,個撈丁表面撒咗少少辣粉,聞落幾香,個麵軟硬適中又彈牙,唔錯,不過唔記得撈埋個蔥蒜,加埋應該會仲好食至於碟雞,食落似係口水雞,不過碟雞好似無咩雞肉,爭d.....雖然名係麻辣,不過食晒兩碟野都無飲過杯奶茶,幾啱唔係好食得辣嘅朋友當然仲有其他睇落幾特別嘅菜式,會再番去試其他菜式

聽就聽過佢個名好多次啦! 今日終於有幾會試! 如果平日Lunchtime去,預左要排一陣,因為餐廳地方比較細,坐位唔多,所以我地今日就等兩張枱,大概5-10分鐘左右.📌沙嗲雞扒撈公仔麵 $48 配熱檸茶(附上雞扒碎上相片🤣🤭)兩塊雞扒另上,幾有heart喎,方便你切完再食,而且雞扒好厚肉,而且醃得好入味,但又不至於好嫩滑,外皮都尚算脆!太陽蛋煎到流心脆邊,生熟度剛剛好! 沙爹汁都夠味,撈落公仔麵都幾好食,但如果可以再濃多少少會更fit🤤 .📌沙嗲雞扒撈烏冬 $56 配熱好立克個人認為撈公仔麵比較夾,但撈烏冬可能會飽啲🧐.總括嚟講,會回頭!下次試埋佢個滷水雞髀🍗先😋.=========================.

兩塊雞扒另上,幾有heart喎,方便你切完再食,而且雞扒好厚肉,而且醃得好入味,但又不至於好嫩滑,外皮都尚算脆!太陽蛋煎到流心脆邊,生熟度剛剛好! 沙爹汁都夠味,撈落公仔麵都幾好食,但如果可以再濃多少少會更fit🤤
