之前喺深圳食過四季椰林海南椰子雞,新店在旺角新世紀廣場終於開業。主打純椰子湯水,四個椰子一鍋湯不加一滴水配上文昌雞必點之一。環境座位都非常舒服,餐具好靚,用海綠色,海南特色。另外附上醬汁包括有青檸,辣椒及醬油,沾上雞肉更提升味道。招牌竹蓀馬蹄椰子雞100%椰子水選用海南文昌雞x 惠州紅托竹蓀x海陵島珍珠馬蹄,店員叫我們品嚐個湯先,湯底非常清潤,好香椰子味。之後店員幫我哋放雞,等候5分鐘,即可以食用。雞肉鮮嫩,吸收椰子香味,非常鮮甜。鮮珍生菌拼盤四款不同生菌包括由鮮牛肝菌,雞樅菌,雪山松茸,繡球菌。每一款都各有特色好適合打邊爐,非常清幽香味。海南香辣文昌雞胗麻辣加上大量青瓜,芫荽非常惹味。嫩雞毛菜上次去深圳食過,非常嫩綠及爽脆。雪花牛小排牛肉脂肪比例均勻, 肉味濃。「非遺」鮮龍須筍爽口,有口感。中山脆皖魚片只需十幾秒就可以食得,鮮嫩脆滑。椰林心形粉女士打卡心形粉,全條粉都有椰子味仲有甜味添。
