叫得多多雞 當然要試吓佢嘅招牌靚雞啦 佢係用大瓦缸高溫碳即場燒制 真係原隻燒完拎出嚟俾你食 佢有鉸剪手套可以自己拆嚟食 或者如果嫌麻煩都可以叫佢切好俾你食 隻雞啲肉好嫩好滑 就算係雞胸嘅肉都唔會好嚡 個皮好似張紙咁薄咁脆 真係好推介大家叫嚟食🤤

佢啲啫啫煲全部都好大煲 好足料 講緊四五個人食都會夠食 味道好夠 亦都有好多種唔同嘅菜 菜心 白菜 娃娃菜 通菜 西蘭花 真係未見過咁多菜嘅雜菜煲🤩

茄子火腩啫煲
個煲上到嚟真係仲渣渣聲 好熱 真係啱啱新鮮煮出嚟 又係超大煲 三個人食真係食唔晒 個煲好惹味 煮得啱啱好 又唔會太濃👍🏻

小炒王係大排檔嘅必點食物 所以嚟到自然都要試吓 佢有魷魚蝦乾腰果炒出嚟 好足料 都好有鑊氣😋

椒鹽滑豆腐
我好鍾意食豆腐㗎 所以就叫咗呢個椒鹽豆腐 真係做到外脆內軟 再加埋啲喼汁 味道真係啱啱好🤩


佢每日營業到凌晨四點 有室內同室外嘅位置比大家揀 啱哂一班夜鬼 鐘意傾到幾點都得呀🤣

原來元朗都有一條大排檔街上次夜晚行過相當熱鬧!今日就揀咗其中一間試吓佢啲小炒其中一個吸引我哋嘅原因~就係呢隻脆皮炭燒雞見到台台都叫!睇嚟非試不可拔絲菠蘿咕嚕肉超有鑊氣!甜酸互相中和 同埋夾起每一舊都真係拉絲架送白飯一流通菜鮮魷黃金墨魚咀炸到粒粒鹹香十足!!上枱時熱辣辣~大排檔就食呢一種鑊氣 夾啤酒食直頭係絕配主角炭燒脆皮雞登場明爐炭火烤燒~雞皮超級脆 真係內外軟 猛火燒,但係入面肉質仍然係超級juicy 食落好香口 果然係招牌菜貼心附上手套同鉸剪方便你落手食想再惹味啲,可以加埋淮鹽~不過本身已經好入味再加就有啲太鹹啦脆皮雞全部都即叫即燒!所以一坐低就要嗌咗佢先都要等15至20分鐘,食住其他小菜等就差唔多啦~我哋三個人食咗三個小菜 +1隻雞每碟都份量十足如果胃口比較細嘅女仔可以酌量再叫少啲 或者考慮打包返屋企食多餐Overall CP值很高不過有冷氣坐既地方相當有限 如果大熱天時坐街邊都幾挑戰耐力~

脆皮雞全部都即叫即燒!所以一坐低就要嗌咗佢先
都要等15至20分鐘,食住其他小菜等就差唔多啦~

我哋三個人食咗三個小菜 +1隻雞
每碟都份量十足
如果胃口比較細嘅女仔可以酌量再叫少啲 或者考慮打包返屋企食多餐

Overall CP值很高
不過有冷氣坐既地方相當有限 如果大熱天時坐街邊都幾挑戰耐力~

多多雞大排檔元朗又新街大排檔有室內室外座位可供選擇。我就鐘意嘆冷氣所以坐室內。坐低睇吓餐牌除咗必叫招牌嘢,原來仲有好多款小菜同啫啫煲。招牌即燒炭火靚雞係用大瓦缸碳火燒制。燒雞皮脆卜卜,雞肉嫩滑,戴上手套成隻撕嚟食食得特別爽快。果然係招牌菜無得輸。傳統炸大腸大腸切成長條形,食落爽脆。點埋個醬汁好惹味。豉汁盤龍鱔叫咗半條份量都好多。盤龍鱔肉身夠厚食落啖啖肉。配埋個豉汁要嚟撈飯一流。金銀蛋時蔬用咗我最愛既西蘭花,原來煮金銀蛋都一樣咁好食。
