原來已經一段時間沒有到元朗了。我的好友住在元朗,難得大家今天晚上有空,下班後我就坐車到元朗去跟好友搜尋美食。元朗一直都是小店的聚集地,只要行出去大學路,又新街,都會見到大大小小的食肆。今晚我們就到了一家叫多多雞大牌檔,聞說這家大牌檔的招牌菜式必試- 就是即燒炭火靚雞。每隻燒雞都是在大瓦缸內即叫即燒,端到飯桌上時燒雞是原隻棟起來的,雞油從金黃色的燒雞身上慢慢滴到碟上,甚有風味。食客可以利用店員提供的剪刀來切割燒雞,或可以吩咐店員切割。我急不及待先試試雞胸,雞皮很脆,熱辣辣,就算雞胸肉質都是滑的。而雞髀更是重點,肉嫩多汁,愛不釋手!除了燒雞,我們也點了薑蔥台生蠔啫煲,就咁數落,一個煲有十多隻蠔,份量十足,而且煲內有非常多蔥蒜芫荽,啱晒我呢啲蔥蒜控!熱辣辣的端到桌上時,店員也提醒我們多用湯匙攪兩攪,可令啫啫味更突出。吃上來蠔味鮮甜,鑊氣夠!再來是刺激芥辣靚一口牛。涼菜沙律般似的,牛肉粒很多,芥末醬夾在牛肉粒上別有一番風味。也不忘點了個金銀蛋時蔬,今天選了菜心為主菜,很新鮮,配上清清的上湯和以金銀蛋作伴。恰到好處。最近是歐國盃和奧運大盛事,聞說多多雞大牌檔是營業至凌晨四時,如果大家在午夜時看完
