今晚試吓呢間私房菜,朋友話味道唔差,好仔細細,上到去之後安排座位,之後就叫嘢食,店員會問你要咩茶,我哋就叫咗普洱,首先我哋叫咗個前菜小食,就係泡椒炆荀,冰鎮醉鮑魚,呢兩款前菜小食本身都冇咁大期望,但係食入口之後覺得真係好好食,好出乎意料之外,炆荀好入味,泡椒味令到每一條筍都辣辣地,筍亦都唔會太多渣,幾爽口👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻至於冰鎮最鮑魚,冇諗過可以做到咁林身,一啲都唔硬,出面食過果d都好似食緊擦膠咁🥲佢哋既唔會,仲好入味添,個頭都開得唔錯,相信接住落嚟既菜都唔會差,叫左水煮牛肉,蝦籽花菇燒豆腐,飄香醉乳鴿,果然出乎意料之外,水煮牛肉唔會淨係得個辣子,牛肉份量都好多,裏面亦都有啲芽菜,雲耳嘅配料,辣得來都好有麻味,唔差,至於花菇燒豆腐,豆腐非常之咁滑,外面嘅羡汁令到豆腐好好味,呢個真係唔錯,醉乳鴿嚟到見到佢白雪雪,以為中伏,食落又出奇地好味,肉質好嫩,又入味,真係唔錯,最後就係白汁杏肺豬肚湯,好好飲,好香杏仁味,亦都唔會太過蘇太過腥,店員亦都好細心俾咗一點醋,驚覺得蘇嘅時候可以點醋食,整體評價都幾高,呢個價錢識到啲咁高質嘅私房菜真係唔錯👍🏻👍🏻

之後來到鮮菠蘿咕嚕肉 這道菜既勝利點就係菠蘿 因為菠蘿能夠增加我地既食慾, 同埋三色椒, 減少肥膩感. 再講四川水煮牛肉 佢辣度適中 唔喜歡食辣既我 都能夠愛上😍👍
