同朋友相約一起吃潮州菜,突然想起許久以前有朋友介紹過這間餐廳,於是想試一試,前一晚打電話訂位,但打了6通電話都無人接聽,只好走上去試一試。7:00左右到達,不滿座,可以入座。看見食評有人介紹菜茶,於是試一試,果然好滋味。有臘腸,有菜,有似米通的東西,口感有濕又有硬,好味。蜆煲最鮮甜,雖然叫了細份,不過3個人食都足夠。湯一定要飲,我還將湯與菜茶一起食。令菜茶更美味。其他也做得很地道,蛋粿是第一次食,跟想像的很不同,味道足,不油膩。今次做了潮州菜新嘗試。

小兵同三五好友一齊出旺角食晚飯 朋友介紹這間只開晚上的打冷店 友人們說要喝啤酒 這店喝啤酒太酷了 用碗的爆炒醬啫秋葵 - 真的太野味 因為不是肉 所以不會太油膩鴨蛋煎蠔咯 - 很太一份 煎得很香脆可口 也很足了 蠔超多的鹵鴨片 - 鴨片不會太瘦 也很有花椒八角味黃金寶寶寶 - 有魷魚 銀魚仔 腰果 覺得還好 不夠黃金 銀魚仔 腰果 也不多 但魷魚算大件 下次應該會再去 嘗一下不同的菜色

爆炒醬啫秋葵($78)聽說秋葵是男士的恩物,女士多吃無益,卻偏偏很受女士歡迎。受歡迎的關係秋葵總是餐牌上的座上客,以爆炒醬啫秋葵又比清炒更惹味一點,豆醬香加上微微辣意很能下飯,只是那鑊氣卻未似預期,熱鍋上也未有新鮮熱辣的感覺,不是不好,是可以更好。

這家的正宗普寧炸豆腐($62),用料確能稱得上「正宗」,單是入口豆腐那股燶焦味道,正是潮汕豆腐該有的味道,不知情或會以為那是被煮壞了,事實不然。可惜好料敗在處理之上,豆腐切成小粒即使香脆,但大大影響了口感,美味的潮汕普寧炸豆腐會切成大塊頭,也會更深炸營造更脆口的感覺。

潮汕砂鍋粥(200/小)正是二人的份量,粥底以外是自選的粥料,不只是潮汕,也是深圳、廣東一帶流行的宵夜。自選了膏蟹($120)、海蝦($60)、乾瑤柱($40)三款粥料,原隻膏蟹確是新鮮爆膏,海蝦鮮味欠缺未算新鮮,乾瑤柱更是味道不彰。而粥底是早熬好而不是生米煮成,冬菜、薑絲、芹菜粒、蔥花給得很少,比起以往粥底表現又再遜色了點。

【潮汕砂鍋粥】最後重頭戲!揀左細Size嘅砂鍋粥$200左右,加左雞件,蟹同鮑魚。其實細Size都好大煲,每人可以都食到2碗粥。蟹同鮑魚嘅鮮味入晒粥,雞件嘅份量亦好多,夠鮮味,好抵食!

總捂黎講呢餐飯好滿意,係會令我食過番尋味,想再黎嘅程度!難怪朋友冇耐之前同朋友食完,咁快又推薦我地黎啦。希望心血來潮保持水準,繼續為我地帶黎一試難忘嘅美味。
