依個係潮洲砂鍋粥,蟹粥正常黎講係會好有鮮甜味,不過依度用既蟹唔夠新鮮,所以個粥唔夠味,即使係落單先即時熬煮,亦都唔夠新鮮。

同我平時食個D 上海師子頭係兩回事,呢個就唔係純粹單純豬肉球加小棠菜,呢個好特別,其實我唔係太分到係咩肉,有點似鯪魚肉好有鮮味,入面足佐好多冬菇﹗

呢餐真係食到捧住個肚走,朋友真係無介紹錯,完全打倒我對潮州菜沉悶既概念,原來潮州菜可以做到咁有創意﹗不過其實我對咩類型既菜式無乜特別喜好,最緊要好食﹗下次有機會再約多D 朋友黎試多幾個唔同菜先得﹗
