有段時間在社交平台經常見到人介紹呢間鋪, follow咗店主社交平台一段時間,覺得店主狀態幾親切,賣力,而女友又突然想食小菜,而店主剛好又在社交平台見到店主講傷後復出,決定一試。兩個人叫咗三樣嘢, 半隻炸子雞,羊腩飯,椒鹽九吐魚。椒鹽九吐魚最好食,炸得好,肉嫩,調味佳。羊腩飯90蚊跟羊湯, 本來幾抵嘅,但唔知係唔係我地飲唔慣, 胡椒太重手,去到苦嘅程度,試飲兩下,兩個人都覺得有想嘔嘅感覺,好難入口,所以放棄咗個湯。羊腩唔錯,跟支竹冬菇同筍,加埋個腐乳汁一齊食,撈埋飯一流。半隻炸子雞有d失望嘅, 無諗過雞肉係咸雞,感覺係醃咗太耐,肉少少太實,雖未至於柴,有D位好咸,唔怪得上枱時話唔需要點汁調味。望隔離枱又好似唔同樣,可能手氣唔好。喜力大支裝賣22蚊一支,好抵,叫左兩支。埋單430, 其他算正常,但因為有兩樣嘢食覺得麻麻,所以變咗個心覺得貴咗少少。

半隻炸子雞有d失望嘅, 無諗過雞肉係咸雞,感覺係醃咗太耐,肉少少太實,雖未至於柴,有D位好咸,唔怪得上枱時話唔需要點汁調味。望隔離枱又好似唔同樣,可能手氣唔好。

大家成日都話熟食中心入面有好多好嘢食。今日去左旺角嘅街市試下呢間唔算好出名嘅大排檔。鋪頭好貼心準備左熱水俾我地洗杯同碗筷。環境都坐得幾舒服同闊落。豉椒炒黃鱔 🐟我幾鍾意呢道菜,黃鱔好入味同幾彈牙,但又唔會過鹹,如果青椒可以再入味啲就好。不過黃鱔有少少碎骨。芥末炒排骨 🐷芥末嘅味道好突出,但唔攻鼻。成道菜嘅調味都比較重,避免芥末嘅味道喧賓奪主,所以我自己覺得有啲太鹹。但排骨炸得幾香口,肉質都唔韌。蝦醬通菜炒鮮魷 🦑魷魚好嫩好爽口,唔會炒到過老。我個人鍾意食通菜嘅葉多啲,通菜嘅莖比葉嘅部份多。鹹魚雞粒炒飯 🐔雞肉係連皮,炒得幾香,但鹹魚嘅味道唔係好明顯,同埋偏油少少。

芥末嘅味道好突出,但唔攻鼻。成道菜嘅調味都比較重,避免芥末嘅味道喧賓奪主,所以我自己覺得有啲太鹹。但排骨炸得幾香口,肉質都唔韌。

這麼多好評,對主廚也稱呼非常親切,感覺是市井食神。想吃小炒的時候就過去試一試,傳說中非常有鍋氣的菜,結果鍋氣沒有,一肚子氣都是吃上了。食物非常油,调味聊胜于无,炒菜过程感觉是乱搞的。酒煮鸡杂汤如苦水。煲仔菜居然是炒了一下扔进煲里(煲都没有滋滋声)。炒饭里的鸡肉是骚的。炸鱼也是无鱼味的。唯一好点的只有炒牛河,最后人均近200,真系食咩唔好要食佢吃完之後胃很不舒服,而且長時間感覺自己的口腔以及身體毛孔的每個細胞都散髮著一股。地溝水的味道。也許對有些人來說,這裡是個慢慢吃點。不好吃但是也能入口的東西,然後大聲聊天,抽煙的好地方,但是。說真的。如果只是為了食物的味道的話,大可不必來

疫情稍緩, 久違的噪抄, 久違了的大排檔風味, 只是晚上6時, 已經差不多坐滿, 還好有1張枱.  只見肥仔師傅一人主理, 我地係最遲來的一枱(後面仲不斷有人來), 雖然上菜等了差不多20分鐘, 但都是值得的. 2個人無叫很多菜, 只叫了豉椒鵝腸, 豉汁大鱔, 蜆介牛肉, 樣樣好入味, 無咩味精/佛手, 下次一定再來, 仲有好多好野未試, (飛天蝦麵, 羊腩煲, 干炒牛河......) 但要選一些少人時段.

最後係黃酒雞雜腸,酒味超濃烈,聽老竇講以前啲客家人生完就會飲雞酒補身,呢碟嘢有雞腸鵝腸雞腎等內臟,飲完即刻覺得身好㷫。

總結,好少去熟食中心食小菜,呢間鑊氣十足,地理方便,環境夠地道。
可惜嘅係感覺到人手唔夠,我哋早去就冇影響,但相信其他客要等好耐先有得食。老闆娘仲未做到冇停手,見係我哋先做飛天麵俾我哋。


諗住食完快啲走比張枱人,點知老闆娘話今晚做唔切,唔好再俾人坐。
下次會再幫襯試下其他餸。

由大廚特别泡制既花竹蝦鮮魷烏冬,係根據魚類海鮮群社長早前要求大廚試作既浮羅交怡名菜好立克蝦制作而成,見到大廚之後有試過泡制好立克烏冬,今次買左幾左花竹蝦比大廚加工,大廚提意將兩者合二為一,更提意加埋鮮魷,製作個超級豪華版,呢個浮羅交怡特式醬汁,大廚特別調教到恰到好處,少少甜唔會膩,輕輕帶出海鮮鮮味,再配合烏冬少少鹹香美,非常開胃,呢個醬汁如果撈飯都應該會好好味,大廚勇於嘗試,創作出更多特別嘅菜式,期待大廚將尼個醬汁及菜式繼續發揚光大。

由大廚特别泡制既花竹蝦鮮魷烏冬,係根據魚類海鮮群社長早前要求大廚試作既浮羅交怡名菜好立克蝦制作而成,見到大廚之後有試過泡制好立克烏冬,今次買左幾左花竹蝦比大廚加工,大廚提意將兩者合二為一,更提意加埋鮮魷,製作個超級豪華版,呢個浮羅交怡特式醬汁,大廚特別調教到恰到好處,少少甜唔會膩,輕輕帶出海鮮鮮味,再配合烏冬少少鹹香美,非常開胃,呢個醬汁如果撈飯都應該會好好味,大廚勇於嘗試,創作出更多特別嘅菜式,期待大廚將尼個醬汁及菜式繼續發揚光大。

疫情之下搵食,黎到肥強主理有成三十幾年歷史嘅日升美食店,不經不覺已經幫襯左有段時間,世界難撈有機會當然要支持多啲!肥強首創紅衣雞,皮香肉嫩,調味得宜,經常懷疑肥強用新鮮雞,另一款蔥油雞亦係必點美食。再來燒腩脆扑扑,實在是等人齊嘅時候最佳送酒良伴!油浸筍殼食得多,因夠新鮮先可以食到嘅蒸筍殼又是另一番風味!椒鹽骨粒暫時係全香港我認為數一數二的,不死咸不油膩,芥末骨粒都好過了引!新鮮炸乳鴿,一上檯已經被一掃而空,連相機食先嘅機會都無!

本來一心來食妹記生滾粥(之前食過幾次,但當時未開始寫食評,諗住集吓「人間」郵),點之原來休星期二。走一圈,發現幾檔午餐價位都只是三十頭,不多去但很喜歡街市熟食中心的我即時兩眼發光。想食燒味,但又被紅底白油手寫餐牌上的京都骨吸引。坐下才發現整排都屬於日升,而且我叫的京都骨是客飯套餐,$40,算是中高價位,其他一般碟頭飯才$30,即炒粉麵才$35,而且鋪頭細細但選擇非常多,基本上叫得出就有。看著肥強老闆在「open kitchen」一碟接一碟即叫即做,好有鑊氣,喜歡烹飪的我其實幾享受,而且眼看碟碟出品都好靚仔。旁邊一大班後生仔叫了腐乳通菜,叫著大廚在菜籃拿菜,快炒,姐姐即時出菜,前後不到一分鐘,姐姐在我旁邊經過,真係香到無朋友。我自己是環保忍,基本上全年都唔會開冷氣,我亦睇過一個大排檔大廚的訪問,他說香港食肆冷氣過大,出菜到上菜過程碟餸已被冷氣吹凍哂,點會好味。我非常同意,就係鍾意呢度無冷氣,而且近廚得「熱」食,說真的,已經很久沒在外食過一碗像這樣溫熱軟棉的白飯,這點已夠我感動。京都骨分量很多,很少骨的薄肉排,像豬扒。醬汁杰身,掛汁,但酸度略為不足,而且少許偏油。但整體還是大鄉里出城,每次
