今日不經意發現了灣仔茂蘿街原來有古舊建築物,裡面仲有居酒屋😊 明治居酒屋環境整潔,好有日本餐廳特色。雜錦漬物,不單顏色吸引,味道一樣吸引,包括蘿蔔、苦瓜、牛蒡、蒜頭等漬物,各有特色。特色天婦羅拼盤,大大隻紫蘇葉炸蝦、淮山,仲有已去籽的辣椒,唔食得辣都可以食。松葉蟹甲羅燒,朋友至愛,蟹肉超級多又鮮甜。手做免治雞肉棒燒,廚師特別用日本赤雞做,雞味濃郁,肉質嫩滑,燒到微微金黃,配上蛋汁好味😋最後日式蕨餅,抹茶味濃,煙煙韌韌,為今晚晚餐畫上完美的句號。

今日去了灣仔明治居酒屋,餐廳環境幽雅,位置是二級受保護建築物,好適合三五知己邊食邊傾,坐得好舒服,服務又好。松葉蟹甲羅燒,蟹膏味非常濃郁,成個蟹蓋都鋪滿蟹肉蟹膏,入口超級滿足。阿波美雞翼,燒到色澤鮮艷剛剛好,簡單菜式都顯得廚師好有心機。米茄子田樂,蛋汁滲入茄子,再配上獨有醬汁味道一流,非一般的茄子味道。豚肉泡飯,芫荽味偏重但好香,啱晒芫荽控。甜品是我最愛食的黑糖日式蕨餅,賣相吸引,甜度適中,口感煙靭,是正宗的日式蕨餅好好食😋

長假期前夕的工作天,當然要吃好西慶祝下!今次選擇了新裝修不久的明治居酒屋。餐廳位於茂蘿街 7 號,建築物係過百年戰前樓宇活化保育而成,餐廳入面都好有格調,有木色系的榻榻米風格、長形日本居酒屋風格等等。芥末風味薯仔沙律 $58將面的芥末醬把薯蓉伴勻而吃最好味,芥末醬減輕了薯仔比較利的感覺。底下再有一些新鮮沙律菜,開胃一流。半烤牛肉刺身 $148牛肉刺身賣相十分精緻,刺身上面鋪滿紫蘇葉、花椒、蒜片及芝麻等等香料。 底下再放上帶有微酸的啫喱,跟鮮甜的牛肉刺身十分搭配。原粒雞腎串 $38雞腎十分爽口,而且食到原汁原味,調味不太重。手造免治雞肉棒燒 $68呢個雞肉棒用黎打卡一流。鮮橙色的蛋黃再配上免治雞肉棒,好味!白鱔串 $68白鱔皮燒得十分香脆,但內面的鱔肉仍然是十分Juicy而且滑~柚子胡椒酒煮大蜆 $98新鮮的大蜆入口鮮嫩多汁,結果我把柚子胡椒酒及昆布的湯底都差不多喝光🤣松葉蟹甲羅燒 $118係松葉蟹肉絲滿滿的甲羅燒啊~店員都把蟹殼都裝滿了!將啖啖香口的蟹肉放上香脆的餅乾上,好幸福。
