元朗老牌鹽焗雞飯店,終於一睹廬山真面目。於橫街,搵唔到問問附近街坊,無人不曉。得兩三張枱,旺市可能要坐係街食。裝修簡樸陳舊。除了招牌鹽焗雞外,仲有各色小炒。見到餐牌鹽焗雞髀飯只比鹽焗雞飯貴四元。但我觀察得到鹽焗雞飯雞的份量比較多,所以各取所需,悉隨尊便。鹽焗雞很有雞味,調味也十分之好。但聽說鷄皮是脆的我就不認同。雞肉和鷄皮的質感偏向軟綿綿,個人認為口感一般。白飯滲滿了雞汁入口非常之香,是意外驚喜。沙薑醬是一絕,很能提昇雞的鮮味,入口也清香,不會死鹹也不油膩。免費贈送味精水一碗,別名例湯。不喝也罷。

鹽焗雞很有雞味,調味也十分之好。但聽說鷄皮是脆的我就不認同。雞肉和鷄皮的質感偏向軟綿綿,個人認為口感一般。白飯滲滿了雞汁入口非常之香,是意外驚喜。沙薑醬是一絕,很能提昇雞的鮮味,入口也清香,不會死鹹也不油膩。

教育路附近,一條不起眼但企理的冷巷,坐落這家至少20年歷史的古舊小飯店。每隔一段長時間,通常是秋冬,就會前來找雞吃。每次來都很認真的黃昏五點半左右就到,生怕沒位子,因袖珍的舖門就得門口一大一小的枱。最近得知店主有租用轉角一餐廳加枱,但要留意是下午6:30才能入席,如外賣須預算15分鐘左右才能取走。來的目的很純粹,就是吃好雞。這裡九成客也是點雞,尤其七八成客也點鹽焗雞飯外賣。這店雞就是滑、嫩,斬雞少碎骨,皮是相應脂肪,肉不肥不膩,有雞味,精髓是估計是自調的辣雞醬,別處吃鹽焗雞配的薑蓉就顯普通,其實還有沙茶醬,但相對帶不起雞味。另叫了蒜蓉蒸茄子🍆(量少、偏鹹)、西蘭花🥦鮮魷(鑊氣不足),全給比下去。所以來這裡,還須專一,吃雞🐓。

先講牛腩炒麵,炒麵夠乾夠脆,即使淋上柱候牛腩汁,都仲好脆。牛腩醃得好入味,而且好味,唔會好鹹,柱候味濃,咬落去口感嫰滑,不過可能醃醬太好味,稍為遮咗牛腩嘅原味
鹽焗雞好味,不愧隻雞1隻賣200幾蚊。口感嫰滑,有雞味,亦唔會好鹹,雞唔肥,連雞皮都冇乜肥膏,但係唔會因此而又乾又靭,以我個人口味,可以講係香港食過最好食嘅雞,至於個飯,望落普通,食落都係頂瓜瓜,唔油唔肥,但係充滿雞香同鮮味,唔係用家X或者史X生嗰隻雞湯味

很有名的! 每碟雞都由老問逐殼逐殼滾熱雞汁淋熟! 雞肉又嫩滑, 又鮮味, 並唔係一般雪雞! 配上幼滑沙薑醬, 一試難忘 (其實唔沾都好好味)!

我地6:15就去到..佢地室內係得一張大枱..其餘全部都係係條橫行到開枱食飯. 我地亦唔例外. 間飯店好舊好似好耐歷史咁..當時亦坐左幾枱人..我地6:25叫左野食..叫左半隻鹽焗雞 + 蒜蓉炒白菜仔. 等緊既途中原來有好多人訂左雞外賣拎走ga...d人去到飯店會話: 唔該訂左一隻雞6:30. 咁舖頭d人就知ga la..lee一間我又聽到...士頭婆話: 多謝你$170..................
$170一隻雞...嘩...好貴呀....等呀等....越黎越多人...白菜仔黎左食左一半隻雞仲未到既???????最終6:45半隻雞上枱.

蒜蓉炒白菜仔($23)..d白菜仔真係白菜仔黎ga好細..好好食好香白菜味...不過就油左少少.

鹽焗雞($80)...唔點任何醬料都已經好好食..唔會好咸又唔會唔入味...個雞脾位爽ga~~~~~~~~~~..雞胸亦唔算"鞋"...隻雞肥瘦適中...佢有2碟醬料..一碟係沙薑...點左其實都幾好食..另一碟係辣醬黎ga..但就覺得會帶走左d雞味囉.

其實佢其他小菜平均都要$48..都算幾貴ga.....半隻雞都要$80..初初覺得好貴..但食落真係抵ga...一定會再黎食過~

現場阿姐服務殷勤 , 成日幫我地義務去士多買汽水啤酒 , 價錢都好平冇乜點賺 , 汽水啤酒係用水櫃整凍 , 所以支支都夠冰凍好好飲。

一般食以上咁多樣菜 , 都係二佰五十蚊左右 , 個人覺得都好抵食 , 呢期時時幫襯 , 尤其天氣涼左唔一定要坐冷氣位 , 更加會多少少去幫襯。

事頭婆其實都識左十幾年 , 佢地做街坊生意確係識做人 , 唔串又有禮貌。出面條街泊車都幾方便 , 睇到車又好少抄牌 , 幾方便。
