侄兒一直都喜歡蝦籽雲吞撈麵的韌性彈牙口感,而梁慶記撈麵正符合侄兒屬意的麵體,梁慶記的麵以傳統手製方式而成的竹昇麵,僅僅只要一些蝦籽拌麵便能感受到蝦籽鹹鮮和竹昇麵的麵香,粗麵勁道十足,不用去澳門也能品味米芝蓮竹昇麵。
