我地揀左食桂花,因為店員話肉滑又少骨
本來諗住叫唔辣 (因為有同學唔太食得辣)
不過店員話辣會好食D,所以叫左微微微辣
一開始見到條魚上面果堆辣醬
以為廚師一定係唔記得左我地要微辣啦
但食落先知原來唔係好辣咋WOR,反而係好香
而且魚唔似其他店係先炸過,唔會好多油
條魚都幾厚肉,而且肉質好滑
就算魚尾係個煲到煮左好耐先食
D肉都係一樣咁滑﹐好食。

汀汀烤活魚在旺角已經屹立多年,每次經旺角火車站途中都聞到烤魚香,可惜門外的長龍令我卻步於門外。今次汀汀烤活魚開分店,方便了像我一樣的懶人,由旺角地鐵站走過去都不消5分鐘,而且少了排隊的人龍。汀汀烤活魚主打的固然是烤魚,魚類和湯底的選擇都非常多,有烤多寶魚、烤魽魚等等,湯底亦都有酸菜、酸辣、麻辣、雜菌等等,為不同口味的客人提供了多款的選擇。老闆推介我們肉質比較嫩滑的烤沙巴龍躉,湯底則是麻小辣。大約二十分鐘後,主角終於上場,已經烤到半熟的沙巴龍躉開了兩邊,湯底是用蘿白、青瓜等蔬菜煮成的魚湯,魚面鋪滿蔥芫茜和麻辣醬。雖然老闆建議煮五至十分鐘就吃,我認為需要煮十五分鐘才足夠。魚背的肉比較難熟,因此要從魚肚開始吃到魚背,魚肉尚算嫩滑,不過魚皮烤得不夠香脆,沒有烤魚的感覺。而且麻小辣的湯底只有一味的辣,香、濃、麻都缺乏,喝下去有點像加了辣油的清水。除烤魚之外,配料選擇很多,試了豬肉餃子、滷水牛展、藥膳醉雞、墨魚丸和生菜。份量大又多,不過湯底是硬傷,加了湯之後又油又淡,完全沒有為配料加分,帶不出配料的鮮味。配料推介:醉雞非常嫩滑,可是不要一次全放,吃多少放多少,不然會過熟變韌牛展咸香味夠,非常下酒,

The fish arrived around 15 minutes later. The staff told us that we still need to wait for another 10 minutes for the fish to boil. The fish smell so good right in front of me. I could see lots of chilli sauce and chilli on top of the fish so I thought it might be a bit spicy but when I eat it, the taste was perfect. Let's talk about the fish first, the fish was deep- fried before serving. According to the staff, this type of fish contains not a lot of bone and the texture is more solid. The fish was very meaty and the texture was a bit hard which I really like because I don't really like soft fish since I can't chew the texture so this type of fish was perfect for me. My boyfriend likes to the fish with the Chinese chives and bean sprouts because they absorbed all the chilli sauce so the fish tasted so good with these extra ingredients. I ate most of the bean curds as well because they tasted so good with the chilli sauce. There was a separate dish of fish filet because we added another $22 for them to cut out for us. These filets were so meaty and boneless.

The fish wasn't enough for us so we ordered some Angus beef, these beef were delicious! They were super tender and juicy. I couldn't stop eating. They were not chewy at all, after a few bites, they just melted in my mouth.😋

My boyfriend also got a scallop because he really likes seafood. The presentation was very nice. The scallop was soft and quite big. The texture was smooth and easy to chew.

成日見到好多人排隊,一直都懶得去試...原來旺角再開多左間,咁就去食下啦!大滿足,我地4個人食,因為太肚餓嘅關係,2個煲都叫曬黎試!前菜叫左桂花淮山!super yummy 魚煲相比雞煲下冇咁濃味!waiter哥哥真係冇介紹錯,多魚小骨!對於我lee d 唔鍾意食到魚骨嘅人都冇難度!我叫左野菌湯底,一開始食時淡左dd...但食到最後就咁飲d湯原來都已經好咸!所以我suggest 用spoon 黎食!一啖肉,一啖湯!正好多 雞煲好夠味,但冇魚煲咁特別!不過打邊爐,又用雞煲d汁正d Hahahaha! 所以多人食,叫曬2種最好!如果2個人,我真係唔識點選擇特級安格斯牛真係好好味!

早前於汀汀烤活魚元朗分店嚐過魽魚煲,惦記其辣得過癮的滋味,今次來吃雞煲。儘管「汀汀烤活魚」五字已開宗明義說明主打魚煲,就其他食物款式上,亦無怠其質素。花甲雞煲說穿了就是雞塊與雞煲其他材料,如洋蔥、莞茜,再加上花甲的煲物,普通且簡單。然而,雞煲的精髓在於其濃汁、辣度充足之餘,香麻味亦不可缺,兩者配合下便成為惹味非常的煲底。雞煲慢煨滾燙後夾起雞塊,雞塊掛著辣汁往口裡送,滑溜雞肉口感不俗,非常令人上癮,難怪步入春夏,雞煲店舖生意依然大好。花甲鮮味沒有被味道濃郁的湯汁蓋過,值得一讚。然而,邊爐配料則較店舖主打的魚煲或雞煲遜色。特級安格斯肥牛燙熟後,口感有點韌,牛的油脂香味不算出眾,需靠湯底挽回分數。所以另外點了紅薯粉、蜂巢豆腐等等會掛汁的食材,繼續食飽個肚。整體仍屬滿意,下回光顧或許只吃一個魚煲和雞煲,再嚐嚐小菜就夠了。

點了酸菜味烤魚.一開始以為是老罈酸菜那種醃到深色的.結果發現是米線那下酸菜根.而且只有幾條.系真係得5、6條.然後就嘗了一口湯.湯不酸也不夠鹹.沒味也無所謂了.魚能吃就行.然後魚煮了一會也熟了就吃.結果魚也不得了.只有孜然粉的味道.也不夠鹹.也沒有其他味道但已經點了.也不想煩.後面的配料也到了.最好靠豉油調味.酸菜味烤魚變成豉油孜然粉味烤魚

今晚約了上海美女丁丁吃汀汀烤活魚,丁丁人很好,她幫我在東京買了我心愛的cle de peau 護膚品,所以我一定要請客!汀汀烤活魚在旺角西洋菜南街真的很方便,我們到了第一時間要了一個招牌魽魚,因為店主說很少骨而且啖啖肉!丁丁是上海人很愛辣,我們要了一個香辣湯底,不到十分鍾先來了一個魽魚煲,己經烤好再放上爐上再加熱,很多莞莤伴在上面,魚身分開兩邊,真的很大條肉質嫰滑鮮甜,份量很足!我們吃完魚後當然再來一個海鮮拼盤,有生猛咁跳的鮮蝦,份量十足的花甲,生蠔和桂花蚌!賣相不錯,待應說是每天新鮮入貨,果然鮮味,尤其是真的生蝦咁甜,再加多一個蔬菜拼盤,今晚真的超大滿足!

我們吃完魚後當然再來一個海鮮拼盤,有生猛咁跳的鮮蝦,份量十足的花甲,生蠔和桂花蚌!賣相不錯,待應說是每天新鮮入貨,果然鮮味,尤其是真的生蝦咁甜,再加多一個蔬菜拼盤,今晚真的超大滿足!

仲有個小食呢!皮蛋凍豆腐
豆腐很滑亦有豆香味,配上半溏沁的皮蛋,口感半溶在口中。醬汁酸酸辣辣的很開胃,十分不錯。

店員服務亦很好,經常幫忙加湯換碟等。小妹睇到十點後入座食雞煲魚鍋有半價,好抵呢!
