一班朋友去大澳就係為咗食呢間地道菜館,個個大讚味道好質素高價錢抵。訂位時已預訂鹽焗雞半隻,聽講是名物,味道唔錯,既新鮮且雞味濃。芋頭魚做得好,芋頭夠粉,炸得啱啱好,夠脆口但又唔會炸到好深色。荔芋炸卷亦非常出免,腐皮炸到脆卜卜,包住嘅芋蓉夠香,名不虛傳嘅必點菜之一。蝦醬腩肉係店長介紹嘅,蝦醬好香,五花腩一層肥一層瘦煙韌得黎有彈性,入口又唔會覺得好肥,真係無介紹錯。粟米魚肚羹都唔錯,D魚肚好靚,不過就似乎太多雞肉粒,好似有少少奇怪。八珍豆腐煲嘅豆腐真係一試難忘,豆味出奇地香,香港好少食得到呢D豆腐。洋蔥豬扒有驚喜,D豬扒真係整得幾好食。蒜蓉炒油麥菜勝在新鮮,所以好好食。甜品腰果露又係訂位時訂埋,又香又足料,又係必食嘅。記住要飲埋佢個豆漿,因為豆香味又係好濃,好正。

周日入大澳走走,感受下中秋氣氛底下的大澳。之前上網搵到呢間海韻素食菜館,聽D KOL講好難訂位,有見及此,早早的坐車入去大澳,中午十二點未夠就行去試下呢間菜館。菜館唔算難走,係碼頭行去市集的相反方向,一直行,行到幾乎到盡頭。一到餐廳,嗰陣大約差不多12點,一入去就有位坐。點左碟酥炸魷魚同羅漢齋麵,味道都算OK,水滾茶靚,價錢唔算好貴,餐廳格局有D類似大排檔的感覺。不枉我地咁遠水路入來吃呀。唔想等位的真係建議中午前入去就差不多。

點左碟酥炸魷魚同羅漢齋麵,味道都算OK,水滾茶靚,價錢唔算好貴,餐廳格局有D類似大排檔的感覺。

不枉我地咁遠水路入來吃呀。

唔想等位的真係建議中午前入去就差不多。

今天1:40去到,門口一大羣人在等位。請教了在門口的行山師兄師姐後,入內登記排隊。結果冇一個侍應理你,再去收銀櫃檯詢問,掌櫃叫我去偏廳登記,去到一開口,那位大哥瞪眼望著我然後調頭離開。如是者來回兩轉都冇法登記,唯有離開。理解鄉鎮酒樓人手有限,如果太忙叫我不要排,一定接受。但一句不回,令人不知如何。其實互相尊重,很難嗎?

真係喜出望外,不枉行咗好耐先入到去。位置比較偏僻,所以睇google map 先行到入去。不過,食物正點都值返。一、椒鹽魷魚,唔咸,夠脆夠熱,新鮮!二、乾燒伊面,極度大碟,抵!三、白飯魚水蛋!這是重點推介!未見過咁巨型的白飯魚,平時街市果d,好細的!呢個實在很新鮮!四、呢個五花肉唔係好記得佢餐牌上的名字添。少少偏鹹,不過夠嫩,是還可以的。三人行一人120,有嗌罐裝可樂。食物非常有心非千篇一律,很抵食。

知道大澳有一間素菜館很出名今次一行6人特意來朝聖,地方唔算大但不會太擠迫,好有地道風味,大排檔式經營,下午去到都已經要排隊,其實香港食飯,都要排隊,排隊唔緊要最緊要食到,所以建議大家早點去酥炸芋頭魚外觀很可愛的酥炸魚,芋頭很軟林林,酥炸皮有層次,一口咬落去好趣卜卜😋再配酸甜汁味道好夾👍🏻推介椒鹽豆腐聽說是老闆自家製豆腐,分量十足的豆腐椒鹽鮮魷,粉唔算厚,魷魚新鮮啖啖肉,推介鹽焗雞好味雞肉嫩滑得來又唔鞋,雞好入味粟米魚肚羹👍🏻💕皮蛋蒸水蛋味道還可以雖然不算正得很滑 楊州炒飯每粒飯都好煙韌彈牙

琴日一行六人,其中一個朋友幫襯咗三十幾年,同老闆好熟。我就第一次去,舖頭係全家人自己做晒嘅,老細就做埋廚師。粟米魚肚羹物超所值,八寶鴨就係必食,鹽焗雞就只係okay,冇傳聞咁好。所有嘢都超水準,價錢唔算平,但都算合理。另外因為個朋友同佢哋好熟,老細幫我哋買埋海鮮,而老細啲廚藝亦都相當好。腰果露係我第一次食,线本身唔鍾意食甜嘢,都覺得冇得頂。
