牛肉餅上場,feel到熱氣,D人話好多汁要小心,細細啖咬落去,"嘩"好多汁好熱! 熱死我啦!
D汁由側面噴出,噴到隻手,6死我啦!
 有牛肉味,汁濃,咸左少少,好食!


最後牛肉水餃,都有肉汁,不錯!

會再同家人來試其他食物!

每次來此店,必吃的一定是牛肉餅,奌心,粉面,炒反,咖厘等已分別试过,但只有牛肉餅,令我一而再,再而三返此店,皮薄餡多,肉汁juicy,煎到金黄而外脆內軟,一食就令人食上隱的感覺,食时要小心,因肉汁滚熱辣,要用食爆醬肉丸的技巧,不然肉汁横飛,越写越想食,要尽快安排下先!^^

九龍城有兩間清真牛肉館大家都知,一街之隔,味道已經有所不同。大家有同感嗎?今次一班友人食的是九龍城打鼓嶺道33-35號地下的一間,明顯比另一間好味。咖哩牛腩,好好味,唔會太辣,牛肉炆得好淋好入味。牛肉餅,水準明顯比另一間好得多。肉汁多左好多,而且肉汁好鮮甜。正。銀絲卷,炸會比較好,另一款比較易散。蝦子鍋塔豆腐,這個做得好好,豆腐好滑,蝦子個羹味道剛剛好。推介。京燒羊腩,好味,沒有羊的蘇味,燒得好香口,羊肉都好嫩滑,又有肉汁。必選。

For the 羊肉嗆湯麵 ,the noodle was redolent with wheat fragrance, alas embarrasingly overcooked, a mushy bowl of it, trivial mistake that a kid making Doll instant noodle would avoid, I couldn't help heaving a long sigh.  However, the soup was reasonably intense with taste of mutton, thick to the right extent, though I think most customers would find the few pieces of mutton scattered atop the noodle too thrifty.

The 牛肉餅 was another story, looking outside the pastry was seared beautifully, a bit translucent at the side that you could peer the brown beef juice flowing inside, what a view! Give it a small bite to start with to avoid the spewing out of juice.  The brown beef juicy is so savoury, great taste of beef, the beef cake is minced, velvet in texture, promise a reproach to anything alluding to the McDonald's.

去到九龍城工作,不知不覺又來到這裡,本想試其他的,因為這區選擇很多。但始終鐘情這裡的牛肉餅、咖哩羊肉,拍青瓜等等美食!自從新店開了後,每次都會來這間,因為坐位多,環境較舊店舒適!而今次必食是多汁美味的牛肉餅,然後試了鮮蝦牛肉湯雲吞(因為回教餐廳,所以無豬肉供應),所以味道不及傳統的雲吞美味,只嘗到牛肉的調味 ,而蝦亦不太鮮味!全日是不收加一,免茶芥,也有下午茶供應!

去到九龍城工作,不知不覺又來到這裡,本想試其他的,因為這區選擇很多。但始終鐘情這裡的牛肉餅、咖哩羊肉,拍青瓜等等美食!自從新店開了後,每次都會來這間,因為坐位多,環境較舊店舒適!而今次必食是多汁美味的牛肉餅,然後試了鮮蝦牛肉湯雲吞(因為回教餐廳,所以無豬肉供應),所以味道不及傳統的雲吞美味,只嘗到牛肉的調味 ,而蝦亦不太鮮味!

This branch is much roomier and more modern than the original.  You do not need to share tables and they have an English menu as well as a picture menu.

We ordered the classic 'veal goulash', chicken dumplings and Xinjiang style fried lamb.  The lamb came out first and it was excelent.  The small pieces of lamb were unbelievably tender and the taste of cumin was delightful.

Next came the chicken dumplings.  They were just the right size and when dipped into chili sauce made a lovely little mouthful.

Last came the dish we had come for.  The veal goulash are actually fried beef buns.  They have a great fried bread shell tht gives way to a super juicy beef patty flavoured with Xinjiang spices.  The soup inside is delicious and combines beautifully with the crusty, bread to make a perfect bite.  We had two each as they are one of our favourite things in Hong Kong.

If you have not been to Islam Food, then you are missing out on one of the best restaurants in the territory. GO NOW.
