清真牛肉館,聞名已久,今天終於見面。店子由兩個店舖打通,地方寬敞得很,坐也坐得算是舒服。裝修雖像茶餐廳的格局,但牆上的玻璃刻著回教經文細問之下,原來回教徒不掛穆罕默德的肖像,只有經文。看一下餐牌,原來也有不少上海菜式。當然回教徒是不吃豬肉的,不過只是沒豬肉罷了,不會單調。初次到訪,當然要點馳名的牛肉餅和咖哩。~蔥油餅~一點也不油膩,用手吃,雙手竟然不沾油,實在是讚。我最怕就是那些"油淋淋"的蔥油餅了!而且香口非常,令人一塊接一塊,停不了口。~雪菜牛絲湯面~平日吃得多的是的雪菜肉絲,這次用上牛絲感覺分別不大。而且牛絲有點兒韌,也不算入味。配上大量的芽菜和韭菜,只能說很普通的一碗面。~雞燴面~有時候點的燴面都像湯面一樣,不夠"杰身",這個黐黏黏的就是正宗的燴面。雞麵味道濃稠,但麫質很幼,沒甚口感。很怕雞肉有雪味,放心,這個完全沒有!~咖哩牛腩~咖哩與飯是分開上的。這是正確的做法。嗜辣的我一嘗咖喱,沒有想像中的辣而且也蠻多油的。略嫌太少咖哩汁,不夠伴飯吃(店子給的飯量絕不手軟)。薯仔不入味不夠腍,牛腩亦如是。只能說是不過不失吧。~牛肉餅~最後才上的大大塊牛肉餅,用手掰開,肉汁橫飛,一不小心噴

這個黐黏黏的就是正宗的燴面。
雞麵味道濃稠,但麫質很幼,沒甚口感。

咖哩與飯是分開上的。這是正確的做法。
嗜辣的我一嘗咖喱,沒有想像中的辣
而且也蠻多油的。
略嫌太少咖哩汁,不夠伴飯吃(店子給的飯量絕不手軟)。
薯仔不入味不夠腍,牛腩亦如是。
只能說是不過不失吧。

用手掰開,肉汁橫飛,一不小心噴得一臉都是。
先吸汁,再吃肉餅,實在是天下美味,果然名不虛傳。
由於早已吃下不少東西,最後才吃的牛肉餅,
一塊已令我很飽,再好吃也不能encore了。

聞名已久既清真牛肉館, 因為地理位置係九龍城唔係甘就腳,所以一直都冇去試,直至上星期食到此店外賣的咖哩羊腩..... 外賣翻熱都好有羊味, 所以決定長途跋涉去店舖一試訂了晚上7時, 要人齊先比入座, 當時人唔算太多, 座了6,7成位左右.地方亦唔係太迫, 5個人座6人座倘算舒適.我地分左3輪點菜,第一輪點了雞絲海蜇$78海蜇彈牙爽口,青瓜切條亦十分爽口清甜, 雞肉絲不"粗鞋",加上少量的麻醬同芝麻, 青甜中和番芝麻味,成碟食物溫度涼涼的, 好吃! 雞食我地點了兩款, 另一味就係麻油雞(例)$74麻油雞並沒有油淋淋既感覺, 點了一份例牌, 一小份也包含了雞腿在內. 肉質滑滑的, 可惜例牌份量太少, 5個人, 我只吃到一件就比同台的吃清!!上菜神速, 只是包點需時比較耐點了一客炸銀絲卷$19送咖哩羊腩銀絲卷炸得很干身, 內裏一絲絲很軟熟.沾上咖哩汁吃很不錯咖哩羊腩($69)的咖哩是香港人的口味, 唔太辣, 羊味很出, 肉質好林, 肉同脂肪既比例岩岩好, 食落口啖啖肉之餘亦有羊油香! 一碟小小的, 當中只有一兩舊薯仔, 羊腩很足. 推!!牛利濃茄湯年糕$52"濃茄湯" 令我期望真的是質地杰杰

麻油雞並沒有油淋淋既感覺, 點了一份例牌, 一小份也包含了雞腿在內. 肉質滑滑的, 可惜例牌份量太少, 5個人, 我只吃到一件就比同台的吃清!!

鎮店牛肉餅($16/件), 兩個朋友一咬入口, 牛肉汁就爆出. 餅的表面是干身的, 皮厚薄合適, 能夠包鎖住很多的肉汁, 但又唔會食到一口粉.  咬開完全是肉汁跟牛肉, 果然名不虛傳的多汁好吃!

之後蒸點餃子來了

羊肉餃子是羊愛好者另一必吃. ($38/5件)  皮不算很薄, 但羊肉的確很重味道. 反而羊肉小籠包皮做得比較好, 無倫係羊或清真小籠包($36/4), 包中都有很多精華肉汁. 小籠包的價位亦比其他上海鋪的價高. 但始終用的肉比較好, 沒有多餘的脂肪, 也是值得的

牛肉湯水餃($33/10件), 牛肉味道跟之前幾味的相似, 就是比較清

蝦子鍋塔豆腐 ($64), 醬汁配上煎豆腐, 口感味道都恰到好處, 也是拌飯之選.

最後點了甜品-桂花糕, ($15/件), 全晚最唔好食既算係呢樣. 無桂花, 淡味, 質地唔夠硬.

九龍城甘多食甜品既地方, 絕對唔建議係到食埋甜點.

早就聽過九龍城清真牛肉館這個大名,最近終於有機會親自一嚐。說是「大名」一點也不誇張,因為這家店的人流很多,基本上任何時候過來也是要排隊,不過早點到就不用排太久,所以建議大家可以的話就盡量避免 7-8 時到達,不然就要等很久。

清真牛肉館兩間分店時常都有人在門外排隊等位,店內又貼滿明星名人光顧的照片,其受歡迎程度實在無須多講,未試過的食家真的要去試一下,作為粉絲就當然繼續捧場支持了!

I heard of this place for some time and I went there today for lunch.I waited for about 20 minutes for a table for 3 as I did not want to share with other groups in a large table.  The waitress insisted all 3 of us had to arrive before giving me the table though 2 of us had been waiting.We had mutton spring roll, beef dumpling in soup and the famous 牛肉餅.  All dishes are ok, not exception though.  The 牛肉餅 took 20 minutes to come.  The beef juice was so hot in your first bite, that's impressive.Ho

I heard of this place for some time and I went there today for lunch.

I waited for about 20 minutes for a table for 3 as I did not want to share with other groups in a large table.  The waitress insisted all 3 of us had to arrive before giving me the table though 2 of us had been waiting.

We had mutton spring roll, beef dumpling in soup and the famous 牛肉餅.  All dishes are ok, not exception though.  The 牛肉餅 took 20 minutes to come.  The beef juice was so hot in your first bite, that's impressive.

However, the service was not impressive at all.  Similar to most busy and well known restaurants, the waitress here was not professional at all.

My husband wanted to order one more soya milk (it was a hot day) and the waitress 'shouted' at us saying 'wait for a while'.  We just wanted to make sure the order was placed.  She obviously did not acknowledge when she heard our order.

I could see her having similar manner with other customers including those waiting outside the restaurant. 

I do not think I'll come again.

想清清淡淡的吃一頓,是個hotpick,但在一片重口味之中,這碗麵實在無以容身。
因此豬大狗加了咖喱汁增味
(如沒記錯菜單上是有咖喱麵的,可省卻麻煩)

整體:6/10
不太合我的胃口,返尋味要再考慮。但其實某些食品非常廉宜,十顆雲吞$33,很抵食

後話:
1. 一個阿叔食客叫了的食品遲遲未到,催促下侍應說「廚房整緊」,之後發現單根本沒有傳到廚房,廚房根本「吳係整緊」。

阿叔在責難中表示上次光顧也發生同樣情況。

2. 可能臨近打佯,阿姐出外賣單,1碗飯寫成10碗飯。

雖不是第一身遭遇,服務要減分。

以前在九龍塘讀書,這裡常成為我的飯堂,現在畢業了,已很少再來吃了!這晚再來回味一下!醬牛肚,普普通通,肉質很淋滑,但60多元就不太值了。粟米魚肚羹,粟米粒很飽滿香甜,充滿蛋白香,而魚肚亦不會太少。最喜愛的就是嫩雞煨麵,麵質軟軟但不會過淋,雞湯味道適中,而雞粒亦很有味,不會是被”乸”到只得彈牙的那種!至於牛肉餅,不過不失,所以沒有拍下相片了。

We ordered the usual beef pies (you simply can't come here and not order this!), onion pancake, beef curry with rice, and egg curry. This is the order list that we have been ordering for the last several years. When I ordered the egg curry, the waitress was absolutely dumbfounded, 'Egg curry? Do we have egg curry?'. Now it's my turn, I have been eating egg curry for the last 5 years! She went to the kitchen and came back saying, 'It's only a fried egg with curry sauce...', 'Yes, that's exactly what we want!!! And the potatoes.'

OK, beef curry with rice arrived quickly, tasted fantastic...spicy and scrumptious, beef very tender, and and the curry sauce is on the hot side. Don't worry, the rice was piled high. 
But the egg curry was a bit disappointing. We might have ordered the wrong dish 
 should have been the potato curry. The egg curry...three fried eggs (more like a frittata) with curry sauce and ONE piece of potato on top...my memory was potato and then two fried eggs (real fried eggs) on top...but that dish was $50
!!!!! Remember to order the potato curry next time. 

Then came the beef pies...mouthwatering! The smell was amazing. The pastry was thin and panfried crispy. As usual, the sauce inside was piping hot, flavorful and tongue-burning. The minced meat was just heavenly. The beef pie here always made me happy. 

The onion pancake was perfect as well. Again panfried crispy and lots of onions inside, not too salty. Perfect for soaking up the curry sauce! 

Have been visiting this restaurant since I was a kid, and I left happy and full everytime! 
Other Info. : The waitress might not be familiar with the menu, but she was real nice. Our table was right beneath the air-conditioning, and it was freezing cold. She stood there for 2 seconds and immediately turned down the air-con. Nice service.

The curry mutton came first and the presentation was a bit sloppy with the sauce dripping over the edge of the plate. It smelled great tho and I dove right in. The lamb itself was tender and the taste was not too gamey. The thing about lamb is that if it is too gamey, people are turned off by the taste. The lamb here taste just right so it still has a hint of gamey taste - afterall that's why you are eating lamb and not beef. The curry sauce was a little bit spicy and went very well with the lamb. Cost HK$68.

Finally our veal goulash arrived piping hot. Everyone recommends this dish so I had really high expectations. The outside surface was pan-fried crispy. As I pick it up with my chopsticks, the sauce inside starts to spill out from the sides. By the time I actually took a bite of the thing, all the sauce has fell out onto the plate and there were a lot. 
 The meat inside was flavorful and juicy. It was really good and I can see why it's a favorite dish here. I'm only disappointed that my sauce fell out and I didn't want to lick my plate to taste it. Be sure to use a bowl to catch the sauce when you eat this. Cost HK$30.

Other Info. : My only complaint here is the service. We were seated near the door and as people come in and out, hot air were blowing at us and it's summer here now. We requested to change to another seat to the boss lady (I think) and she loudly rejected us claiming that it's way too much trouble, blah blah blah.
