朋友中午跟我介紹,晚上就立刻忍不住去吃了😂,座位乾淨企理,基本吃火鍋用具及乾濕紙巾都有齊,很方便~鍋底選了店員推介的花膠雞鍋,花膠比想像中的厚及大隻,吃起來還有黏口的感覺,色澤金黃;而雞件也不少,有鮮味,湯頭亦非常濃郁,喝了數碗湯才願意起動吃火鍋😂豬大腸~又大又厚,已處理過,所以輕滾2分鐘便能吃,很方便~蟹柳~跟平時的不一樣,較易散,一絲一絲那種,味道較香~冰河手打稻庭烏冬~已淥散才再上桌,輕滾5秒便能吃,軟滑彈牙~柚子蜜~味道清甜剛剛好,不會太甜,喝起來清涼舒服~店員還說,如消費滿$1000元,更可free corkage 免開瓶費/高質食材湯底,跟幾位朋友來吃超抵~

<自家製蝦丸>

平時有好多火鍋店都講自家手打丸,但其實除左手打外,肉丸用料質素都好重要。湯煲的蝦丸真心有驚喜,首先蝦丸有六大粒,Size大過乒乓波,平時已經可以變成12粒。而食落去好彈牙,基本上食到原隻蝦肉出黎,證明係足料無加粉或肥羔去做手打丸。

今次叫左呢度最Signature的川色麻辣牛肉餃同埋味噌大根黑豚餃,各有特色。麻辣牛肉花椒味重,牛肉餡有餣過,唔食得辣的朋友都接受到個辣味。

<蝦皇醬>

打邊爐點少得醬料,除左平時見到的醬料外,仲有呢度特色的蝦皇醬,材料用蝦米、蝦膏、蝦頭、蝦籽等爆炒,另外無溝其他食材,全部都真材實料。食落去蝦味好香濃,餘韻仲留係口腔,少少辣但唔會蓋過鹹香的鮮味。

整體黎講,湯煲可以話係其中一個最有特色及最有家的味道火鍋店。有別於連鎖店,好多食材都係當天新鮮製造,同埋係自家製,加上老火湯真係無得輸。順帶一提係呢度消費夠$1000就可以免開瓶費,下次可以搵埋三五知己一路打邊爐,一路暢飲吹下水。

都係即叫即炸👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻,其實唔淥湯就咁食,已經好好味,尤其炸魚皮,炸得好乾身,撒上適量淮鹽,非常香口,而響鈴沾上酸甜汁這種食法,我都係第一次食,正👍

Nourishing soup with fragrant herbs and a huge fish head. The best parts were the gelatinous piece inside the head and the smooth fish jaw. Make sure to savor a bowl of the original soup before putting in other ingredients to boil.

Smooth chicken red - one of the rarities in HK. Homemade meat balls and dim sums - one of a kind, finely seasoned. If you think veggies wouldn't be anything special, the quality here would surprise you. The crown daisy was super thin and delicate. Even we were so full we managed to finish the huge pot.

Draft suntory was available in gold and black versions. Chose the lighter pilsner and my mom picked her favorite lime soda. They also offer free corkage on spendings over $1000. Which bottle should I bring next time?

On top of the high quality food, I really enjoyed the cozy home-like atmosphere. Great hospitality too. Highly recommended!
