難得約到朋友食飯,就去試下蒸氣火鍋聽講呢間有任食又有得食海鮮我地6點就泥到開餐啦一入到餐廳環境唔錯,而且6點可能有d早,所以唔太多人,唔會太嘈我地摸索左好多先識叫野食我地5個人,叫左3份刺身併盆,2份生猛龍蝦刺身併盆味道ok, 生猛龍蝦好多肉又好食另外又有湯飲,我揀左老黃瓜燉唐排湯,味道ok 之後都未正式開始食,仲有好好食既乳鴿終於開正餐啦,鍋下開始煲粥,鍋上開始蒸海鮮海鮮只限叫一次,我地叫左大元貝、象拔蚌等等一d都唔腥,而且份量十足之後就到任食既部份啦最好食既係手打和牛肉同和牛粒,encore左好多次丸類就一般般啦,都ok既食到咁上下,就開始食新鮮排骨粥啦好入味呀不過可能因為我地之前食得太耐,個粥煮到就泥變水全餐飯最好食既就係蒸到熱辣辣既馬拉糕,係最好既餐後甜品

先上滋潤燉湯, 有三款選擇, 同事揀了姬崧茸燉螺肉, 而我就要了一盅西洋菜生魚燉陳腎。以砂鍋盛載, 原盅上枱, 能一直保持啖啖都熱辣辣, 正! 急不及待呷一口, 湯身呈淺黃色, 帶少許油光, 啖啖西洋菜 獨有的味道, 甘香鮮味, 順喉暖胃。舀起湯料, 內有不少嫩滑的雞肉、腍嫩的瘦肉、腍身的西洋菜, 可惜沒有想吃的生魚, 或許因其多骨而拿起了。

還有這裡的侍應服務週到,常常提醒我們要再入Order 驚我們不夠吃,不夠飽

今年冬天最高興係食潮福蒸氣石鍋,因為普通放題價又可以食到咁正嘅海鮮蒸氣!今日我帶朋友嚟食!先嚟選湯,全部都係燉湯嚟,好正好入味!再選粥底,選了瑤柱粥,吾洗食先,係放在蒸氣鍋下面,用蒸氣再加海鮮嘅精華煮嘅,所以話,粥其實最正!海鮮方面,好多都讚,龍蝦好大隻有成隻手掌咁大,又新鮮,肉質彈牙,有鮮味,諗起都回味啊。另外蠔都係我至愛,原來我選了石蠔同桶蠔,不過冇晒石蠔,都照食兩款桶蠔,蠔就咁蒸真係好好食,好重蠔味,而且吾會老吾會un,蠔好大隻,而且仲有蠔汁,好正丫!除了海鮮,仲有好多其他肉食,有雞啦不同手打嘅丸丫等等,而菜都好多款,仲有瓜,食到尾食下菜好舒服!價錢平又食到靚材料,平過自己買嚟整,推介推介!

天氣凍想去打邊爐,不過近年都D人都轉左食蒸氣石鍋,蒸氣冇咁熱氣,朋友就介绍去旺角潮福食,去到坐低就睇餐牌,真係好平,二佰幾三佰蛟就有個任食餐,每人重有指定一隻龍蝦,美國桶蠔,石蠔,同一隻鮑魚,之後其實食物可以任點,飲品一樣可以任飲,酒一樣可以,但酒係枝裝比較正,開始上菜侍應幫你放南瓜粥落低先, 之后由龍蝦開始蒸,每一様都由侍應幇手蒸,之后上碟,好好服務同專業,龍蝦肉好新鮮同大隻,食落口大啖肉,蠔又鮮甜多汁,到鲍鱼真係拍得住D上等鲍鱼,口感同味道都一流,真係值得來食

今日喺旺角開工收工之後同班同事周圍搵野食,行到去旺角到呢一個地方見到任飲任食蒸氣火鍋八個字,直頭係好似發咗癲咁。我心諗呢邊大把火鍋店喎,唔緊要啦入去呢間試下。呢嗰度係火鍋任食嘅,除左蒸氣火鍋之外仲有其他野食既,我就叫左一個姬松茸燉螺肉、刺身拼盤同埋燒乳鴿。至於蒸氣火鍋料方面, 我就叫咗生猛大元貝、蘇格蘭蟶子皇、美國桶蠔同埋北韓鮮鮑魚。個燉湯唔講得笑,好濃郁,飲落去就知道冇味精,應該真係真材實材堅係燉左好耐的燉湯。刺身拼盤亦有好多款,水準真係拍得住日本餐廳。乳鴿係脆皮的,其實已經唔係BB鴿但如果可以再大隻D就真係太好喇。大元貝同埋蟶子皇都好大隻同埋蒸好剛剛好,可以100%食好海鮮的原汁原味。桶蠔同埋鮮鮑魚亦都係好大隻,個人認為只係食呢D已經值門票價。而所有飲品汽水啤酒全部都係任飲的,好值得再黎!
