🌟刺身有油甘魚和吞拿魚,兩款刺身都肥美又鮮甜,令到入口嫩滑甜美,又感覺好新鮮,尤其是油甘魚個味更令人難忘,魚肉質素真係一流。壽司係鯛魚壽司配黑松露和吞拿魚壽司配自製醬汁,兩款壽司配搭不同醬汁令到個壽司好味好食,先係口感有魚既新鮮味,亦有日本米嘅美味,再慢慢滲出醬汁嘅香味。

🌟香煎鵝肝配上多士上枱已經聞到鵝肝香味,鵝肝有脂香,所以煎得真係好香濃,有牛油香氣又脆口嘅多士在濃濃的鵝肝下,加上用自家制醬汁一齊食非常夾,食完仲有甜甜黑豆來滿足囗感,真係不錯做法。野生大虎蝦都大隻,蝦肉鮮甜美味,牛油味很重,個蝦頭仲煎得好香脆,連埋啲蝦殼食脆卜卜,加上檸檬汁食又係非常好食。

🌟香草牛油帆立貝都厚身鮮味,食落香滑爽囗,好香牛油味,加上帆立貝底部有特製紫菜湯,香甜好味,食完帆立貝飲埋啲湯,好有口感嘅食品。頂級牛肉分別有厚燒、薄燒牛柳肩,厚燒五成熟剛好食,肉質彈牙多汁,又好香牛肉味,而薄燒牛柳肩入面有香葱、炸蒜、肉碎,令牛肉嘅味道更香濃,仲有香炒鹽、香甜洋蔥、香脆蕉片來配搭,真係樣樣都好夾來食。

🌟鐵板炒飯入面有香蔥、櫻花蝦、蛋、蟹肉、紅蘿蔔粒,飯炒得夠乾身,粒粒飯分明,加上材料豐富,非好夠味道,而昆布湯飲落好有鮮甜味,好配合食鐵板炒飯,炒什菜係炒新鮮嘅芽菜同韮菜段,加上用自家調製蒜蓉醬來點食芽菜,真係食得好滋味。

這間高級日式鐵板燒料理餐廳好值得向大家推薦,價錢相對於食物的質數和味道,真的好超值, 亦感受到廚師嘅用心同好手藝,下次一定再來食晚餐。

最後的黑加侖子啫喱給了我一個甜美的結尾,清新的口感和淡淡的甜味讓我感到滿足而幸福。


另外,我也注意到餐廳的廚師們在鐵板燒台前的精湛技藝。他們熟練地操作著鍋具,將食材煎烤得恰到好處,一邊和客人互動一邊展現出專業的廚藝,讓整個用餐過程更加生動有趣。這種現場烹飪的方式也增加了用餐的互動性和娛樂性,讓客人能夠親身感受到料理的獨特魅力。
