第一次去呢幢大廈食嘢,上到去先知原來個景觀咁靚👍🏻可能今日天氣唔係太好(其實係紅雨☔️),所以客人比較少,坐得就闊落啲。揀選咗Lunch Lobster And Beef Set,主菜當然有大大隻龍蝦🦞,多肉彈牙,廚師會用本身嘅龍蝦🦞膏煮,所以煮出嚟特別香口。接着就係香草牛油帆立貝,大大隻肉質厚,服務員多次提醒個香草汁可以飲埋唔好嘥。鵝肝冇令我哋失望,服務員又再提醒食埋兩粒黑豆,好甜。至於個牛,服務員就建議厚切同埋薄切都試吓,我個人就比較鍾意薄切,包住啲香蔥,再加一片炸蒜片,好好味。其他菜式都符合水準。訂枱時寫咗為朋友慶祝生日,佢哋都冇漏到,免費送上🎂加蠟燭,同埋啫喱👍🏻。整體客戶體驗好好,服務員多次主動為我哋影相,廚師亦主動問我哋餸菜嘅味道啱唔啱口味。

已經數不清共來了多少次,每一次都有進步。今次三人來,點了兩客龍蝦套餐及一客有刺身壽司的鐵板餐。澳洲龍蝦非常新鲜及有好多膏,北海道帶子也非常美味。友人再另點南非鮑魚,份量比我們想像中多,又非常新鲜弹牙。又是慶生宴,餐廳又送了甜品。
