宵夜恩物~可以從A\B\C區各點一款佐酒菜,加埋生啤兩杯,晚黑同三五好友啤啤佢岩曬!每區食物都好吸引,又令我選擇困難症發作~最後鎖定安格斯牛肉、鹽燒牛舌芯、燒雞泡魚干。

✨安格斯牛肉切成薄片後鹽燒,裡面呈鮮嫩的粉紅色,而且店家有個秘製嘅泰式辣醬,好match!

✨牛舌芯系近脷根嘅1/4到1/3位置,普通提供嘅仲系系激厚切,食起來口感特別軟嫩,牛味濃郁囗感爽脆多汁。

✨燒雞泡魚干就正常發揮,不過哩味送酒好滋味,可以慢慢傾慢慢食,不知不覺就消磨一晚時光。

今晚我去了一家餐廳,點了他們的花膠雞鍋和海鮮拼盤,整個晚餐簡直是夢幻般的體驗!首先說說花膠雞鍋,新鮮的雞半隻和花膠,讓湯汁更加濃郁。湯滾後,侍應都建議我們先喝了湯才吃雞和打邊爐。湯汁也非常鮮美,讓人一口接一口地喝。雞肉非常新鮮,肉質非常滑溜,咬下去不會有任何的阻力,而且肉質非常嫩,入口即化。這隻雞付有內臟,證明了它的新鮮,因為新鮮的雞通常會保留它們的內臟,而且這些內臟也非常入味,讓整道菜品的味道更加豐富。接下來說說海鮮拼盤,這道菜品絕對是海鮮愛好者的最愛。拼盤中有超大的帶子、肥厚的沙巴、新鮮的聖子和大隻的生蠔,每一樣都非常美味。帶子肉質鮮美,大小非常驚人,比我看過的大多數帶子都要大很多,絕對是海鮮拼盤中的一大亮點。沙白則是非常鮮美,吃起來十分清爽。聖子則是非常嫩滑,每一口都讓人感受到海洋的美味。而生蠔則是非常新鮮,味道非常純正。蠔非常新鮮,沒有任何的腥味,而且肉質非常鮮美,入口爽脆。唔單止帶子肥大,椰青都非常巨型,鮮甜美味。花膠雞鍋和海鮮拼盤都非常美味,絕對是我這次晚餐的一大亮點。如果你也是海鮮愛好者,那麼這道拼盤絕對不能錯過!
