一直都未有機會試到日本🇯🇵出名嘅吉列和牛,所以今晚就帶埋屋企人去食。餐廳位置就腳而且位處高層,望出窗就係九龍公園先來前菜,係蘿蔔炆牛舌,上菜時香氣撲鼻味道幾濃,蘿蔔超級入味!牛舌爽得嚟又唔韌。然後就上主菜吉列和牛,和牛被一層薄薄嘅吉列脆皮包圍,中間鮮紅帶少許油花可以點配3種醬汁燒汁、海鹽同芥末燒大概30秒就食得啦!吉列脆皮燒過更加脆,唔會太厚肉質帶彈性,油香十足再嚟多個串燒拼盤,除左和牛之外,配菜都好好味!蕃薯仔超甜必試饅魚飯都好厚肉,大大碗撈埋啲饅魚汁好正想試嘅朋友不妨晏就過嚟性價比更高🤗

今日想去睇Toy Story既展覽,上次食過一次呢間既牛牛,今日忍唔住就再黎食吉列牛。石燒。桌子旁邊有唔少唔同既酒。叫咗個set要既檸檬紅茶:個茶既都幾濃,要檸檬都新鮮唔會有苦澀味,夏日炎炎幾消暑。吉列牛套餐:個set有白飯、沙律、味噌湯、日式蒸蛋、同埋主角吉列牛。吉列牛都有8件左右。牛既油脂分佈平均,煎咗之後個層皮會係個石板上面滋滋作響,點sauce跟白飯食真心好味。肉質好鮮紅同新鮮個蒸蛋都幾滑但配料略厭比較少,只有魚板、香菇。如果有多少少配料口感相信會更豐富。沙律🥗沙律菜新鮮唔會枯黃,入口爽脆同埋幾開胃。吉列牛點既sauce有他他醬、岩鹽、醋。第一塊牛塊我會先點鹽食牛既原味,再點下醋、他他醬咁食。我唔客氣喇

再來個黑豚肉泡菜相撲鍋,和風昆布湯底,一大鍋非常足料,大大片豚肉和泡菜,而湯底有小小番茄味,辣中帶甜,味道鮮明,不錯啊。

Went here to celebrate friends birthday so we had beef and the eel donburi.As we ordered the mentaiko egg, we decided to get the eel donburi.The beef was bad because it was all chewy and not swallow-able hence ended up spitting most of it out.The metal grilling plate was stinky so whatever you grilled on it was smelly making the beef unpleasant to eat.We ordered  eel donburi because we wanted some rice.This dish was a complete waste because there were so many sharp and hard bones in every mouthf

The metal grilling plate was stinky so whatever you grilled on it was smelly making the beef unpleasant to eat.
We ordered  eel donburi because we wanted some rice.

平日喺尖沙咀食lunch食到悶,諗住慢慢行下睇下食乜,本身見到好多自由行已經想急步走,但我朋友突然見到呢間餐牌同價錢都好幾好,所以抱住一試嘅心態去食因為已經3:00左右餐廳已經沒有食客,諗住試吓啦,結果喜出望外牛肉較粗糙,但肉汁美味,加$3配凍檸茶,茶碗蒸味道尚可,湯就一般午餐免加一,都算幾好份量較適合一般女士,自問食量大應該爭小小,饅魚set $68,以尖沙咀來說不算貴~地方有風格,但不算寬敞,唔知晚市水準又如何呢
