一直好想食吉列牛,趁friend生日一早就book左枱嚟食飯慶生!環境寧靜舒適,啱曬慢慢傾計食飯!前菜夠曬開胃醒神!頂級安格斯牛吉列御膳,有個小火爐慢慢燒,部位係美國安格斯肩胛肉,油花唔算多但一路燒住啲牛味勁出,仲要入口juicy肉嫩。另外仲配有個蔬果盤仔,放係側邊燒一燒就食得,食下牛又食下蔬果refresh下感覺非常之正。蒲燒鰻魚丼,鰻魚好香好肥美,入口冇咩幼骨。明太子玉子燒,睇個賣相唔錯,外皮啲蛋實得嚟都仲好嫩,包住啲明太子超級有口感,賣相同味道都好好。厚燒牛舌同鹽燒安格斯牛肉串,厚切嘅牛舌真係冇得彈!好有口感,咬落一啲都唔韌。一串安格斯牛肉串有4粒,每粒都大大粒,一口一啖安格期不得了。呢餐生日飯絕對冇揀錯,係高質嘅晚餐。

今日同老公行完街,想搵間清靜啲嘅餐廳食飯,睇一睇OpenRice排名,見呢間派得幾高,又未食過吉列牛,便決定一試。

想到你,果然沒有令我失望,環境清幽,座位寬敞,可以靜靜地食餐飯👍🏼呢個場唔係好大,但係座位都放得開。

食物選擇不少,有串燒,刺身,鍋物,小食,飯類...當然仲有主角吉列牛。

我哋兩個人,點了一客吉列牛,鰻魚飯,明太子玉子燒,同埋一串牛脷串燒同牛粒串燒。

先上吉列牛,有一個小火爐,比我哋自己玩,侍應都有介紹得清楚,每邊燒10至12秒,然後再配有三款醬汁任君選擇😋😋😋
燒牛肉食得多,但吉列燒牛肉第一次,口感比較特別,因為吉列邊脆口,中間嫩滑👍🏼👍🏼

明太子玉子燒也不錯,明太子分量十足😍😍😍😍😍

鰻魚燒得好香,加上饅魚汁,同埋酸蘿蔔,好開胃😁😁

個飯黎到,賣相好似好乾咁。😅
食落去出奇地OK喎,整體啲肉冇乜肉汁,但係佢調既醬汁相當惹味。
因為係偏甜,其實個味道真係有啲似吉野家既牛肉飯。😕
不過最唔同既佢落左菇,所以好香既松茸味。😬

-牛舌芯:

吉列牛賣相十分吸引, 配有一碗蔬菜, 仲有小甜薯係入面添。勁好味~~牛味濃郁, 中間軟腍但又配上吉列口感, 邊個發明d咁好食既野架❓

琥酌Don
另外我地加多左個琥酌don, 黎到專食牛既居酒屋就諗住試下佢既signature飯, 果然好出色呀! 滿滿既牛肉粒再加左d牛汁, 加埋蔥花好香好濃, 而且出面比較少食到依個做法既牛飯, 有驚喜
