牛肉鍋一上來,我就即刻攪拌佢,等佢用餘溫整熟d蛋,而且又令個鍋多d蛋香味。
我好欣賞呢個鍋,因為牛肉片上嚟嘅時候係未熟得晒,所以食落口嗰陣生熟程度就啱啱好啦,顏色上帶有少少粉紅。牛肉偏瘦,但食落都算嫩,牛味亦重,同吉列牛係完全唔同的享受。

最後點了明太子玉子燒,玉子燒內部半熟流出蛋汁,而且厚度夠,蛋味香濃,二人行吃了近600元,每日平均300,可以食到頂級吉列牛,非常值得😋😋

有同事試過個石板燒牛肉唔錯,叫我午餐時段去仲抵,點知上到來又見到炒牛肉,又怕趕唔切慢慢燒肉,應該話番工冇咩mood搞咁大陣仗如果我放假都會想叫多一兩個小食同個石板。見到隔離木枱好多人食緊,好香牛味咁。個套餐有包麵豉湯、溫泉蛋、沙律同飯,營養價值豐富,又易送飯,不過炒菜有d太咸,叫左罐汽水先搞得掂,良心價$5罐,起尖沙咀近海港城的地段來講,$6x都算性價比高。環境都舒服,服務態度還好,可能最近人流少左,員工都唔點出floor,唔點斟下水。

其實吉列牛已經興左好耐, 但大鄉里出城嘅我今日先試第一次🌝原來真係好好味架😭除咗吉列牛之外,午市仲有其他定食。以尖沙咀嘅物價黎講,定食價錢唔算貴每個set包沙律,溫泉蛋同味噌湯。初嘗吉列牛嘅我決定由入門級開始,牛肉為安格斯。雖然唔係和牛,唔係sale入口即溶,但牛味好重,肉質好嫩滑🤤放上依個小鐵板,按照心目中嘅熟度而燒。個人認為每邊燒8秒就啱啱好😆有自家製嘅黑椒麻油汁,海鹽同蜜糖芥末醬點,三樣都夾味,各有千秋朋友就嗌左和風牛肉set,牛肉肥瘦適中,以薄片嘅形式更能索汁。洋蔥同冬菇雖為配菜,但味道都好好,好能送飯😂我哋將溫泉蛋倒入白飯一齊伴黎食,令到成個飯充滿蛋香,更為濕潤🤤🤤
