今午因為要和客戶相討合約的最終執行細節,所以又要長途跋涉入到元朗西鐵站附近。近年來,我都已經盡可能少到這一帶,所以對這小區內的食店已感陌生。作為普通打工仔,當然知道在形點範圍內找晚膳地方,消費肯定偏貴,唯有向雞地一帶前進,期望有意外驚喜。經過在雞地一帶約十分鐘的巡視,最終揀了這一間 碼頭上魚 的新店。據正門的知客所述,原來此店只是營業了個多月。同時,知客又容許我上樓望一望環境再作決定,此舉令我少了很多擔憂:個人強烈不喜歡一些食店,裡面充滿邊吃火鍋、邊大口大口喝啤酒、並且放聲高談濶論的嘈吵食客。豈料踏上樓梯,便先被左右兩旁的臉譜裝飾所吸引。入到樓面後,更被挺古色古香、中式傳統風裝飾引誘:天花掛了多條金魚和一個大波波,未到中秋已有中秋節的感覺,於是決定在此食晚餐。記憶中,我是首次到以魚湯作主題的火鍋店進食。因為擔心腥味,所以便挑了 酸菜窩 作基本湯底。店員端上未放湯的窩底後,便在我面前加湯加熱。見到養活鮮魚的魚缸,向了店員查問,原來點一條生猛游水海鮮,如鱸魚才198元。嘩,真係無揀錯,約10分鐘後,侍應便端上切得像活魚刺身的完條鱸魚到面前。各位不妨睇下相片,是否擺放得好似日本刺身呢。

最後,同場加映無意中見到的,當日下午金蟬脫殼的巨型龍蝦:被巨型龍蝦丟棄的護甲。注意,殼的內部一點龍蝦肉都沒有,就連年過半百的廚師都說多神奇,此生首見,我也是。另一幅就是脫殼後進一步成長的龍蝦主角。遺憾的是,當知道這事情後,我已是十成飽啦。否則,真是有些衝動想進食這生存力旺盛的巨型龍蝦。雖然它已經在等待被人宰殺的魚缸,但有幸見識此事,希望它能存活多數天享受餘下的廖廖可數的日子啦。

,有一大條鯽魚🐟,仲有金菇、蕃茄、葱同薑等配料。服務員會先把湯料放到我地面前,再落魚湯,他也很細心再三建議我地等水滾後先試湯底,試下魚湯的原汁原味才再放其他火鍋配料。
魚湯係奶白色既,有好濃郁的魚味
,好岩鐘意食魚既我,我地再試下食鯽魚🐟,估唔到鯽魚的肉係好滑,因為店家煎過條魚,魚皮再有少少燒焦味,混合一起吃有兩種層次,我覺得好好味

朋友很愛吃桂花魚,不得不讚,桂花魚切得厚薄適中,一塊塊魚肉連骨攤開,真係原條桂花魚上

不過我地覺得最有驚喜既係鮮蝦雲吞,鮮蝦雲吞係舖頭手工製,每粒除咗有大大爽口彈牙蝦肉外,亦有飛魚籽

紅糖冰粉

第一次食咁有地方色彩嘅糖水。冰粉又涼又滑,拌以花生碎,山楂甜湯酸酸甜甜,仲青提子乾增加口感,唔係只得甜味咁簡單!食完仲可以清走口中濃味☺️

不嬲元朗都係多地方食嘢, 但係好多都同西鐵好遠, 呢間地理位置好方便下, 幾近西鐵站, 十分鐘路程左右就到,位於近yoho嘅鳳攸南街, 主打係食魚, 作為魚迷嘅我, 梗係要入嚟試一試, 果然冇令我失望.餐廳裝修偏中國式, 一入到去就聞到濃濃嘅四川烤魚味道, 而地方都好大,基本上每一個位都係卡位, 坐得好舒服下. 我叫咗雙拼火鍋, 一邊係鰂魚湯, 另一邊係四川辣湯.鰂魚湯味道好鮮甜, 仲有成條側魚擺咗喺入面, 雖然鰂魚多骨, 但係呢煲湯真係一流, 湯呈奶白色, 即刻飲番碗湯先.另外我叫咗條桂花魚, 已經片定哂魚肉出嚟,我負責只係淥熟啲魚, 侍應有教落唔好煮咁耐, 一到兩分鐘後拎出嚟, 果然好新鮮.而且我哋都令我叫咗啲火鍋配料, 就算半份都好多.餐廳仲做緊八折優惠, 性價比極高.
