之前同朋友黎食叫吉列牛同吉列豬扒吉列牛雖然係好味但係份量其實好少!!飯都好細碗即使叫左多飯都係少!!正常食量既女仔都未必食得飽!朋友叫既吉列豬扒大塊dd但發現有起碼1/3塊都是肥膏好老實講比呢個價錢食肥膏唔會再幫襯囉!!!仲差過茶記而且去到9點得番幾木台客d員工已經拎埋d消毒水拖地 好大陣味大家仲食緊野 好影響食慾又掃地又拖地 起到撞d 木台凳 好大聲感覺想趕人走但其實呢間野唔係收10點咩?9點已經起到做清潔客人仲食緊野 食哂塵落肚囉!!唔會再幫襯!亦唔明點解會有咁多人幫襯成日排隊既人企起店門口好阻街 條街已經好窄!!

基本上每個人都會叫呢個定食,流心蛋好creamy好醬油,大根湯就淡如水,吉列牛質素好一般,無論燒5成或7成,入口都係韌,我試過燒到全熟,其間用筷子篤下塊牛(即豬扒用刀背揼鬆原理),反而覺得肉質軟熟咗,之後每塊都咁做,先可以令牙骹脫險。

蛋睇上去半熟,其實起碼7成熟,係不能送飯嘅熟度,建議廚師再調節吓個時間。

沙津菜冇麻醬,失敗。(又或者我冇睇倒枱面有?)

不過細心嘅大家都睇倒我冇批評D肉同埋飯,除左D肉部分有D筋,飯量有D細之外,其實真係算唔錯。D肉都叫有D肉味,飯素都幾有味。

PS 雖則餐牌建議吉列牛各邊煎十幾秒就ok,本人親測,熟D係會好味D,有多D肉味,建議起碼每邊20秒起跳。

頭一次食呢間餐廳係五六年前喺荃灣西度食,過咗咁多年再幫襯呢間餐廳覺得佢食物質素係有keep到👍🏻單佐敦分店就比較細,而且因為出名多人食,所以唔推薦想同朋友休閒地食飯嘅人嚟食。價錢上一個set到150到$160左右,其實係正常價錢。鐵板上係一個油脂,所以當燒肉的時候,就會有非常濃郁的牛滋味,真係好味道到食過返尋味。本身牛嘅脂肪同肉嘅比例非常平均,而且自己燒可以控制自己想要幾成熟,非常推薦另外個飯嘅飯素都非常出色,同肉一齊食又得,但就咁單獨食都好好食,所以好推薦😋

星期六日加$22午市定食,會有一隻溏心蛋,同係本身白飯面加飯素,但就無得送汽水。😅
