好早期已經見到人post 呢間食店❤️ 見到個爐仔,自己燒,幾過癮XD非常美味,性價比高,晚市叫了二個定食再加個蜆,叫埋兩支有氣果汁, 都係$462~👍黑松露牛,一份有十多份件,好抵食; 吉列豬扒都好大份,味道就中規中矩😆 叫埋個蜆煲,d 蜆大大隻, 入面仲有幾舊芋絲,湯底都幾辣,相當惹味~見好多食評話個湯好似水咁無味, 但我覺得ok, 真係飲到清淡嘅昆布蘿蔔味😅 唔係真係咁差。因為無得book 位, 一定要早d 去排隊呢~座位相對迫, 但絕對值得一試, 支持😘

這間坐落在佐敦一旁的日式燒肉小店,平日大排長龍,之前幾次都是望門輕嘆。有一個星期日下午,路過此地,來碰碰運氣,星期日的佐敦,人流不多,餐廳有位。餐廳是小店,大概10張枱,30個位。只收現金。板燒吉列牛 ($108),上枱時,一片片生牛肉包著一層吉列,有15片,然後自己放在小鐵板上燒。牛肉肉質幾好,吉列很特別。板燒安格斯牛 ($118),牛肉的肉質更好,以$118的價錢,十多片牛肉,質和量都物超所值,重點推介。芝士吉列豚肉 ($78),豬肉是厚切,正常味道,有很多芝士醬。浦燒原條鰻魚飯 ($78),鰻魚正常味道,沒有驚喜。和風薯條配芝士醬 ($36),薯條,即叫即炸,熱辣辣的;厚切,脆脆的;很多芝士醬,好味的。總評味道:牛肉好好味,物超所值,性價比高;環境:店外環境一般,店內環境可以;服務:上菜速度算快,小店只收現金;衛生:OK,餐廳油煙味,抽氣可以改善。

幾個月前同朋友食過一次LUNCH之後終於帶到老公黎試.. 仲同埋兩個朋友一齊食DINNER. 我地六點就去食, 估唔到己經接近坐滿, 我地坐低之後剩返一張四人枱. 今次我地四個人叫左三個主食, 加兩個小食.同午市一樣, 晚市主食都可以加錢追加晚市定食. 晚市追加定食都有兩款, 研究過都係個湯既分別, 所以我地揀左平果個算. 板燒安格斯牛 + 追加定食份量勁足, 至少有十幾片牛肉熱辣辣石板直接自己燒, 鐘意幾多成熟都可以自己控制. 我鐘意比較生既口感, 所以我燒到3-4成就己經夠, 完全係入口溶化既感覺… 配埋佢個秘製醬汁一齊食真係不得了. 燒吉列牛 + 追加定食吉列牛相對香口多少少, 基本上個口感都同安格斯牛差不多.不過呢個我覺得要熟少少先好食.. 秘。燒牛肉野菜鍋初初望佢鍋仔細細,估唔到一樣都係份量十足。 牛肉好冧, 就咁用筷子都撕得開仲有勁多配料, 冬菇, 娃娃菜, 芋絲, 蘿白, 獅子狗, 全部都好入味. 總結:我地四個人最後埋單係五百幾蚊, 每人都係一百頭. 同埋餐廳都好好, 我地食完仲坐左係度吹水吹左勁耐都唔會趕我地走.

黃店成日俾人話垃圾 無可否認有啲真係um住良心都讚唔落嘅 但係呢間真係可以令黃店拉返唔少分數💛 無論佢嘅吉列牛 定安格斯都一樣咁出色 朋友order左板燒吉列牛 我就order左板燒安格斯 跟住可以自選加配定食 定食包一碗飯素飯 一隻流心蛋 同一碗湯 如果細食嘅 可以淨係加一個定食同朋友share又得 佢嘅牛唔似平時果啲板燒一大舊要自己切 佢係已經切好哂一片片🥓🥓size厚薄適中 所以燒果時比較易控制 石板面都預備好一舊牛脂俾你搽下塊石 等佢無咁易痴底 個吉列牛 外脆內軟 而個安格斯 油脂分佈平均 未去到入口即溶咁誇 但係牛味都十分濃郁 配合埋個飯素飯 真係食多碗🍚都仲得 而隻糖心蛋🥚都十分入味 生熟控制剛好 成個餐都令人十分滿足 而家無得去日本 不妨去呢度食餐飯 當去左個小旅行都好啦😎

佢哋嘅擺盤都幾有心思,將啲吉列牛排成半圓形,然後流心蛋就好似對眼咁,中間再加啲椰菜絲同蕃茄仔做個鼻,加埋就好似個笑哈哈咁🤣

呢款安格斯牛睇落顏色唔算好靚,但油脂分佈都算平均~佢嘅牛味就濃好多,燒完之後肉質嫩滑,好juicy😋 呢款對比起吉列牛就薄切啲,而且感覺上件數都少啲,食完有少少唔夠喉~🙈

💬 以上兩款我哋都加咗$38要普通定食,除咗包括楓糖流心蛋,仲有一碗櫻花昆布湯同埋秘之飯素(即係白飯上面加咗飯素),流心蛋無特別出色/入味;昆布湯就係比較清淡🤭飯素撈飯就真係好食嘅,有啲鹹香🤤~ 所以下次再食嘅話,就未必會加定食喇,可能直接+$18要個飯素飯/+$12要個白飯就算了🤣

經過佐敦搵地方食嘢, 一係去偉晴街, 一係去文英街, 我決定去近少少佐敦地鐵站~~~偉晴街。地方細,平時聽講排隊好多人,但係今日好好彩,等咗兩張枱就有位三個人晚餐埋單總數大约$300,人均$100, 揀咗一份吉列牛,一份燒安格斯牛肉,一份鰻魚飯:吉列牛$100 ,同$1000 配有高級靚景,係冇分別!安格斯牛坊間太多, 評估為普通貨,鍾意食牛嘅一定會叫!鰻魚飯好好味,入口有少少溶化嘅感覺,肉質有咬口,可以推介!定食跟一碗大碗白飯,一碟醬汁,最後可能剩好多飯撈埋啲醬汁都勉強過關!
