翁記真係由細食到大,佢同出門嘅車仔麵好唔同,如果你有去潮州食過野,就會明白佢嘅麵煮咗出黎係好有潮州嘅味道,因為落咗葱油,好香!而佢嘅自制辣椒油,又係我必加,其實唔算辣,但又係好香!其實佢嘅本店喺石塘咀街市嗰邊,味道其實2間無乜分別。只係如果你鍾意懷舊d嘅地方,就可以去本店,想新少少就黎呢間。我最鍾意食佢嘅大腸,暫時我都未喺第二度食到呢隻味道。佢嘅麵嘅份量雖然唔多,但價錢算係幾抵食,餸嘅選擇都好夠你揀。

剛剛在附近送完貨感覺肚子餓看到這家翁記潮州粉麵看起來很像是家老店所以去試試看!果然有驚喜。我叫了個三餸河粉有粉腸、大腸、牛筋!粉腸同大腸都洗得很乾淨沒有味道,牛筋又爽!忘記多少錢,好像是$36塊值得一試!

話說,昨天與美女同事吃lunch,我提議吃佬野👉🏻車仔麵🍜,還要是老店!幸好美女立刻就答應了😍這間麵店,上大學的時候竟然沒有吃過😱 現在只距離地鐵五分鐘,超方便啊!我和朋友每人要了一碗三餸麵,每碗只售$35!我們2️⃣碗都有白蘿蔔,因為聽說這裡的好吃。果然❗️每碗有4️⃣大片,而且超級入味又沒有根。一向好喜歡吃魚皮餃、豬皮的我,都覺得這裡的好不錯🤤,餃算大隻,皮不硬~ 豬皮沒有毛!不過牛腩一般,比較碎。米粉和油麵底都可以~另外覺得一。定。要。點的是炸魚皮,小份的只賣$10😍😍😍 非常脆🙌🏻啊麵還有葱油的所以很夠味😋,不過吃完就有點口渴🙊

一向好喜歡吃魚皮餃、豬皮的我,都覺得這裡的好不錯🤤,餃算大隻,皮不硬~ 豬皮沒有毛!不過牛腩一般,比較碎。米粉和油麵底都可以~


另外覺得一。定。要。點的是炸魚皮,小份的只賣$10😍😍😍 非常脆🙌🏻


啊麵還有葱油的所以很夠味😋,不過吃完就有點口渴🙊

雖然鋪頭細細,但是是老牌潮州粉麵一間,只有三張枱,河粉超滑,味道清香,因為有蔥油在內,有自家制墨魚丸好味,豬大腸好味,大家臨走時,一定要買一樽蔥油外賣,返到屋企無論煮任何麵食,只要落一匙蔥油,即刻變咗超級好味!

It's super small and basic and I go here at least 2-3 times a month. You can choose from a large range of toppings and different types of noodles. My usual is beef balls, pigs blood and turnip with thin rice noodles and I really rate their chilli sauce so go for at least 2 spoonfuls if you're getting for takeaway! Don't forget to add vinegar. Supper here usually costs me less than 35 hkd and I go for more toppings than most people!

住咗西環咁耐都未食過,成日以為呢間食肆食卥水鵝,原來係一間平靚正粉麵鋪,上Openrice做咗小小資料搜集,知道一個滋味大貼士。牛筋大腸米 $26驟眼睇以為呢碗粉好清淡,但其實中間加入咗乾蔥油,即時令成碗粉變得好香,原來加埋佢哋秘製辣油先最,乾蔥油+辣油簡直係靈魂所在,唔係太好辣既我都忍唔住加咗兩次。牛筋同大腸本身無醃過,所以無乜味,所以人人都會落少少辣作調味,不過食完會覺得有少少口喝,但無味精又唔好味架啦!下次想試四寶,我見好多人嚟外賣都叫呢個,起碼可以試到四款餸吖。

小店雖舊,環境尚算清潔,還可感受到舊日街坊嘅人情味。牆上貼滿了各式各樣嘅潮式粉麵水牌,真想每樣都可以試下


最後點了一碗四餸麵,四餸有蘿白,豬皮,大腸,粉腸豬皮即是豬雜麺~

熱辣辣嘅豬骨清湯,實在太吸引啦,飲落清香不油膩。無渣又清甜嘅蘿白吸滿湯汁,食落湯本身又有另一種風味。是次㨂咗全旦粗麵(當然也有幼麵,河粉,米粉和伊麵可揀),麵沒有太多鹼水味。豬皮唔會過腍,QQ的有咬口。大腸粉腸無異味,唔會有太多肥膏,而且又不失豬油的香味。各種配料加埋,有著唔同嘅層次口感!最正係配上極少遇見嘅炸蔥油,為簡單食材添上傳統美味嘅靈魂!超讚

本來是庶民美食代表的車仔麵,價錢越賣越貴,我一向喜歡銅鑼灣登龍街的那一間,但越吃越貴,有點與車仔麵的核心價值脫勾。難得在西環,還可找到$21四餸麵,就是在皇后大道西尾的翁記。嚴格來說,這不算是車仔麵店,是一間潮式粉麵店,店子面積不大,環境頗舊。雖然只是$21,但份量十足,合符抵食夾大件之原則。蘿蔔爽甜多汁,豬皮爽口,大腸,粉腸亦夠鮮味,沒有異味。湯頭也比一般車仔麵的清鮮,此碗麵的靈魂,是蔥油,混合了麵條一起吃,惹味得很!其實,再來的時候,再吃四餸麵,不過走湯,只拿蔥油來乾伴,嘩,想起,又流口水了。
