和朋友於灣仔附近晚膳過後,一路散步到翠苑甜品店食甜品。大部份都係中式糖水,但座落於灣仔區的甜品店價錢居然係親民價!天氣凍冰冰,點了熱的木瓜雪耳燉雪梨滋潤一下,雖然份量比較少但十分足料,雪耳爽口,糖水不會太甜、會再返嚟試試其他款式!

總於一個人嘗到這店出品,吃到有點飽,但也貪心的要了一個核桃溝杏仁糊。糊不濃,不會漿口,老實說無論是核桃還是杏仁味道都不會太突出,不會是靠近鼻孔就能聞得出味道來,就算吃進嘴裡也只是一絲絲的香味,而甜味非常適中,不會很甜,我覺得味道是不錯的,中間水平之上⋯⋯如果味道可以更濃郁一點當然更好。一碗二十元,在港島區選擇不到,就算在西環的一家甜品老店也索價到三十多,對於灣仔區來說,雖不是在什麼大街上,但這價錢已經沒什麼要求了。

如果味道可以更濃郁一點當然更好。一碗二十元,在港島區選擇不到,就算在西環的一家甜品老店也索價到三十多,對於灣仔區來說,雖不是在什麼大街上,但這價錢已經沒什麼要求了。

一家人預早在家吃過晚飯,之後送小友去上課。下課後時間已不早,天已變得黑漆漆。此時自不然不能吃得太多,否則便要飽撐得睡不著。在這一刻最妙不過的選擇,便是坐低嘆個甜品後才上路回家...."翠苑"這個老甜品品牌,老早已在其他分舖試過,但這一小所在灣仔區小巷內的分店,本人就是第一次前來。對這裡的出品小弟沒有甚麼特別的印象留下,所以說當成是新店試也並不為過....這兒主打的是一系列老式舊式的傳統甜食。說實在走這一類風格的店子已越來越少了....所以每當碰到這些店時,小弟都是非常樂意去嚐一嚐的....小友點的是燉蛋....入口滑溜滑溜的,蛋香足甜度足,好吃....我的紅豆沙味道也蠻不俗的 ---- 質地起沙之餘又有濃厚的陳皮香;紅豆粒粒全已被煑至溶爛和湯融為一體;甜度方面亦調得相當合吾之心意,不會甜至咯喉之外又不會味淡如水....於這一類走老舊風格的店子,除了有好食物之外還有濃濃的人情味....好像今天整晚負責企堂的落單阿姐都和小友逗笑,態度親切得不得了....所以我這種老頑固,一直都對這種老店情有獨鍾....

今日見工完,路過吃一碗定定驚叫左木瓜燉雪耳潤下自己,一來很足料,雪耳很多,木瓜有咬口不太林可惜是木瓜沒有了果香,甜味來自過多的冰糖。只吃到真正的糖水。整休係會有比較同失望的,見佢都算是出名的舖頭。地方很大,位與位空間吾算迫,阿姐都幾有禮貌。

Sang Ji Sheng Red Date Egg Tea: The tea had a strong herbal flavor, so they didn't skim on the Chinese herb.  I would have preferred it to be sweeter, but I think a lot of dessert places have lowered the sugar level in their desserts in recent years to suit the girls who keep complaing about desserts being too sweet.  The red dates were not pitted.  The egg wasn't rubbery, but it wasn't infused with a lot of flavor from the herbal tea either.

Overall, the Sang Ji Sheng Red Date Egg Tea was only ok, but I had a scoop of my mom's steamed egg dessert, which was really tasty.  The servers were not the friendliest, and there's no decor to talk about.  Chui Yuen is your typical old school Chinese dessert place, and they are harder to find these days as more modern dessert places are popping up around town.  I would probably go back to Tsui Yuen for their other dessert choices since it's not easy to find another Chinese dessert place around the area.

因為我外賣返公司食 佢既份量較小 個兜係唔滿既 食落去燉奶較實 唔係好滑 不過味道好濃 似維記牛奶既感覺 中間你見小小啡色既合桃露 原來佢係係個燉奶入面 一路食一路慢慢流出黎 好驚喜 合桃露好結身 不過冇乜合桃味 勝在唔甜 食落去唔會好膩 整體黎講 呢碗20蚊算係咁

中環的玫瑰花海移師到添馬艦,影完後大家例牌會吃個糖水作結,因為時值晚上九時多,也不想去太遠的地方,但由金鐘最近也要到灣仔才有糖水店,所以最後就選了這間最近的糖水店。之前已光顧過筲箕灣分店,灣仔分店也是頭一次來,款或和價位一樣,糖水選擇約有三十款,價錢由$14至$22。凍海帶香草綠豆($14)上次試了熱綠豆沙,因為太熱,結果吃得很慢,所以今次就點了凍的。綠豆沙同樣足料,甜道適中,甜而不膩。熱海帶香草綠豆($14)這是朋友點的熱綠豆沙,從外面看好像比較濃稠一點。熱紅豆蓮子百合($14)這是朋友點的熱紅豆沙,但見紅豆都已煲至起沙,從表面看也依稀見到不少蓮子或百合的物體。養顏杏仁糊加湯丸($24)加湯丸是逐粒計,每粒$4,但不知為何點餐時侍應都沒問朋友要多少粒湯丸,最後奉上時糖水內有兩粒湯丸的。杏仁糊濃稠適中,湯丸是芝麻餡,芝麻不是磨得太碎,還能吃出粒粒口感,湯丸應是自家製的。翠苑味道不錯,重點是價位親民,實在是口痕想吃碗糖水的人的不錯選擇。

加湯丸是逐粒計,每粒$4,但不知為何點餐時侍應都沒問朋友要多少粒湯丸,最後奉上時糖水內有兩粒湯丸的。杏仁糊濃稠適中,湯丸是芝麻餡,芝麻不是磨得太碎,還能吃出粒粒口感,湯丸應是自家製的。

係銅鑼灣做完公務,本想於義順坐低嘆番碗燉蛋。嘩!乜原來咁貴?一碗最平嘅冰花燉蛋都賣成$34元,阿P於是帶我去灣仔源苑,話又平又正喎!芝麻燉鮮奶是招牌甜品之一,白滑的燉鮮奶內是芝麻味極濃的芝麻糊。燉鮮奶亦好重奶味,一點也不甜;芝麻糊好杰身,味道亦不甜。整體上我認為此款燉奶可以調高些少甜度,芝麻糊亦可做稀些少,現在口感有點兒太漿口。我個人比較喜歡冰花燉蛋多啲,有蛋香,又不甜,又夠滑。裝修整潔,價錢真的很平,兩碗加埋才等於義順一碗的價錢,PJ要多點來撐老店啊!

今日路經灣仔,走入翠苑甜品專家。點咗一碗合桃燉鮮奶凍點。個鮮奶凍點好似凍豆花。個合桃露好似放係底。食到一半始見有合桃成份。兩者混入一起食,好新奇又棘激。價錢只係$20。好低食。

跟友人行完每年都去既動漫節之後, 就入番去灣仔內街搵食想食味皇, 但去到集成之后發現集成裝修, 吾通味皇咁就執左?之後決定去華星食啦, 差不多去到華星時, 發現味皇搬左係隔離,見到華星咁多人 (9點), 而味皇又吾多人, 咁就入去味皇食個飽飽常餐食飽之后, 友人提議去翠苑食埋糖水先返屋企, 我都飽晒, 而且門口又有人等 (吾知要等幾奈), 吾想入啦, 但友人又好想食, 結果陪佢等, 等左一陣就入得友人推介腰果糊, 我諗住淨坐陪佢食, 但睇到餐牌 (只限星期六日供應)係咪咁把炮呀?! 點解平日吾出得呢? 係咪咁難整呢?好奇心驅使之下就試一碗, 最多食吾晒好快就送到黎, 顏色係花生糊咁入口感覺幾好食, 吾會太甜, 我覺得好食過芝麻糊, 花生糊喎!!結果一啖一啖咁吾覺吾覺又食晒啦!

Other Info. : 本身好怕食完胃會吾舒服, 因為食花生呢類野會吾舒服, 可能佢磨好糊, 變得好易消化啦!
