Finally the weather is getting cold so I can go hot pot again! Tonight, me and my friend went to Hung Hom for spicy chicken hotpot! This hot pot place was quiet in the beginning because we went there quite early but it started to get busy half way through our dinner. Instead of normal hotpot, we ordered the spicy chicken hotpot. The chicken smelled so good from a distance! There were quite a lot of chicken pieces even thought we only ordered half of a chicken. The chicken pieces were delicious! They were tender and super juicy! I really like the spicy flavour, the mixture of herbs that they used to marinate the chicken made the chicken very yummy. After a few pieces of chicken, the spicy flavour kick in my throat, it was quite spicy for me but my friend said it was alright for her. After my friend saw me sweating, she suggested to add soup for hotpot so it will mild the chilli flavour down.

We ordered a few things for hotpot, the must order item is beef! The signature beef was so tasty! They were so fresh! The texture was tender and smooth! I didn't cook it for long since they were quite thin, if I leave it in the water for too long, it will become chewy. The beef were presented nicely that it was so easy for us to pick it up one by one.

My favourite item was the homemade deep fried bean curd roll! This one has got seaweed inside! They were freshly made since they were nice and hot when served! The staff even told us that we could eat it raw since the chef just made it. We tried eating it raw and it was amazing! They were so crispy and tasty! The flavour was spot on! I really like it! It actually tasted even better after I dip it into the soup!

The crab roe cheese ball was very cheesy. These balls were very filling, I was quite full after eating them. I could taste the crab roe in the start and then the cheesy flavour overtake all the flavour. The texture was quite smooth and easy to chew.

We also ordered some special beef slices. These slices were actually the flat version of beef ball, they basically flatten the beef ball and made it flat. Though the appearance is different, they tasted quite different too. They have a special flavour that I had never try before and it was very yummy. The slice was beefy and crunchy.

After eating all these meat, we really need some veggie to clear up our tummy so we got a basket of mixed veggie. I love the sweet corn the most, it was sweet and tasted so good with the soup. I only heat the veggie up for a few minutes and then ate them before the vitamin burn out. They tasted so good with the spicy chicken soup!

前幾日黃埔開如有地鐵行車,突登同幾個朋友約在附近食個飯,順便搭下這新路線所以就揀了聚一醉餐廳名夠吸引我們小猫2-3隻,天氣涼涼,要了個小辣雞煲暖暖身 (HKD168)雞煲味道夠濃夠辣但不會嗆喉雞肉鮮嫩,好正~食完個雞煲,加了點湯,點了幾個火鍋料當中有我喜歡的桂花蚌88元,每塊都大大件,灼熱之後不會縮太多吸入雞煲的味道之後,顯得更鮮,亦爽口蝦膠油炸鬼 (HKD68)蝦膠薄薄一層,油炸鬼不夠脆,只是放進湯中2秒已經軟趴趴,有進步空間。 韮菜餃 (HKD28),包得很飽滿餡料味道不錯,不過不失~手打芝心蟹子鮮墨丸 (HKD58)這道手打丸非常好味,中間的是真芝心,芝士味郁郁再說鮮墨丸很彈牙蟹子的味道雖弱,但不失此道菜的美味!最後也點了娃娃菜,25元很大一籃,抵吃!娃娃菜要燙腍來吃,吸收了 湯中的精華,極好吃!!

這是味道較清的食材,所以先煮這款。

魚骨腩放在鍋中,待魚肉變得彎曲時,即可撈起,慢慢享受了。

魚肉變得彎彎曲曲,凹凸有緻的紋理,

還有魚皮上每一個魚鱗位都翹起來,圓拱形的,就是新鮮的証明。

最後想特別讚揚佢個金菇,由於我同身旁的朋友都係好鍾意食金菇,我哋叫一碟再一碟。其實一碟金菇的份量已經好得體,而且根部清潔得好乾淨(又係誠意的表現),見到面前一束束潔白的金菇,令人更加難以抗拒,所以食完又再點。

中途一個叔叔同媽媽feel的阿姨,好密集過嚟serve我哋,一冇茶就幫手添,又問我地嘢食好唔好食,又幫我地不停加湯,十分殷勤,希望佢哋生意會越來越好吧,這種溫馨的服務唔係度度都有的!

秋冬來到了,呢個季節最適合就係打邊爐,早幾日等朋友放工,之後就黎到紅磡既聚一醉火鍋小館食返餐好!!坐低後,職員遞上多款醬料比我地~呢度d醬料,我最中意就係香蔥、蒜泥、小辣椒等! 朋友話工作辛苦過後,一定要食返餐好,所以我地都點左唔少野食! 我地點左個鴛鴦湯底,左邊係醉雞湯底、而右邊係蕃茄湯底。碟花雕醉雞係分開上既,雞既份量好多,食上口一 d 都唔"鞋",味道唔錯! 另外我地點左牛頸脊~超推介!!牛肉一 d 都唔肥,肉質鮮嫩,而且牛味十分濃郁,值得一試~ 丸類點左芝心蝦丸,咬上口十分彈牙,而且裡面既芝士汁好香! 另外,超中意個響鈴!因為其實我本人係好中意脆卜卜既食物,呢個響鈴生食又得,淥少少滾水再食都OK =]響鈴入面特登放左紫菜,所以同平時食既響鈴有分別咖! 牛柳粒大大粒,不過比較多脂肪,我就麻麻地。 另外,我地亦點左 d 翡翠蚌,超新鮮、爽口,正! 打邊爐當然唔少得食菜啦,呢度既菜都好多款,而且仲好靚好綠~唔似有 d 酒樓成日比d 爛菜 / 洗唔乾淨既菜,得個hea字! 特別一提,呢度有竹蔗芧根水,可以清熱解毒,食左咁多野,飲返啖竹蔗芧根水,份外覺得清甜、冰涼!

特別一提,呢度有竹蔗芧根水,

踏入秋天,除了是吃大閘蟹的好季節外,亦是吃火鍋的最好時機,這天難得有空,決定與家人好好的吃一餐,就來到聚一醉火鍋小館開飯。這間火鍋小館是好友介紹,雖然很多人都認為紅磡並不就腳,不過,於我倒覺得十分方便,因為由巴士站下車,步行不到5分鐘就到達。這天雖然是假期,可是人客並不算很多,可以直接內進並入座。而店內的設計挺不錯,大部份座份均設有沙發座,而且空間感十足,坐下後不會有侷促的感覺山現。還未點菜,店員已經為我們送上蒜泥、蒽花及辣椒等調味品給我們。而一向愛喝酒的爸爸,就點味道較清淡的 Asahi 來送火鍋,我們則點了汽水解喝。這裏的湯底選擇不少,總有十多款之多,當中包括有麻辣湯底,以及店主推介的聚一醉醉雞湯底,不過,我們最後點了胡椒豬肚雞湯底。湯底送上來時,已經傳來香噴噴的胡椒香味,喝一口試試看,湯底帶有一股辛椒的胡椒味道,慢慢又會滲出淡淡的雞香。而鍋內更放有大量雞件及豬肚,由於雞肉被切成細細件,用來放湯較易出味,而最重要是雞肉放湯後,肉質不會變得粗糙,相反,雞肉肉質挺嫰滑,非常美味。 豬肚口感爽脆,帶有濃濃的胡椒香,而且帶有韌勁和嚼勁,個人認為相當不錯。先來雪花手切肥牛,單單看這碟肥牛就已

先來雪花手切肥牛,單單看這碟肥牛就已經叫人著迷,肥牛的色澤鮮紅,而且大理石雪花紋理細緻,分脂分佈平均,放在湯底內不到10秒,就已經熟透可以食用,而肥牛肉質鮮嫩軟綿,帶有豐富的脂香味道,牛香味道濃郁,非常甘香。

花膠本身味道較淡,但吸收過滿滿的湯汁後,變得非常入味,加上口感軟綿,帶有點彈性,感覺養顏得來又滋潤。

手打豬肉丸絶對不能錯過,因為它的味道真的超讚,相信廚師以半肥瘦的豬絞肉來做,所以豬肉丸口感份外嫩滑,肉脆香甜,而且爽口彈牙,甘腴味美,非常美味。

相比白牛栢葉,個人更愛黑栢葉,雖然它沒有浸泡得發大,但感覺就是較健康,因為它沒有經漂白處理,所以黑栢葉本身的味道得以保留, 略略的涮一涮,就可以吃了,黑栢葉口感爽脆,一點都不韌,掛湯後帶有濃郁的胡椒香味。

潮仙魚皮餃及手工鮮蝦雲吞的SIZE較市面上吃到的小巧,不過,味道一點都不遜息,潮仙魚皮餃皮薄有彈性,而內裏的豬肉餡份量適中,肉香味道強烈。

手工鮮蝦雲吞內的材料十足,有蝦有肉,蝦肉餡爽口彈牙,不過,肉香則不及潮仙魚皮餃。

多肉少菜是健康準則,那就來一個唐生菜及皇帝菜,我們分別點了兩款(雙拼),份量不算很多,不過,蔬菜挺新鮮,當然,若能加重一點點的份量,我們會吃得更加開心。
