雖然經過燒烤,但係佢嘅荔枝仍然非常之多汁,味道清甜。搭配鹹香嘅煙肉,鹹鹹甜甜咁,忍唔住一啖接一啖。

牛油蔥飯、墮落午餐肉 $32+$28

呢個飯完全係小編嚟嘅目的,滿滿嘅青蔥再搭配一大舊嘅牛油,淨係睇樣已經非常吸引。本身以為會好油膩,但食落又唔係青蔥嘅辛香,搭配溫潤嘅牛油,意外地平衡。唯獨是係少咗啲鹹味,所以呢個時候就要請出佢嘅朋友燒午餐肉。午餐肉非常厚切,我諗大概有半罐嘅午餐肉。外表燒得微微焦脆,外脆內軟,滿滿嘅鹹香配返個飯簡直係無敵。

燒菠蘿 $26

菠蘿燒過之後仍然非常多汁,甜中帶酸,而且冇渣。解膩之餘又可以當做甜品,作為收尾簡直係一絕。

之前有幫襯過晚市串燒,而家有埋lunch,係 green menu,就去試吓。叫咗個照燒油揚卷同雜菜豆腐餅。油揚卷個set跟湯同飯,有兩串,一串係露荀,另一串應該係芝士加紫菜。第一眼望埋去,以為好乾,但食落啲照燒汁都幾好味,露荀好juicy。個friend食豆腐餅,個set有前菜係牛蒡。豆腐餅加咗啲沙律菜係底🥗,夾埋一齊食又唔錯喎。原來仲可以添飯,不過呢個份量都已經夠飽。同埋食素菜lunch都係想健康一下🤣,所以佢既飯量係足夠既。仲有個湯無影,係茶樹菇豆腐湯,好清甜,好想飲多杯。😛佢哋既素菜都算有心思,日式食法,都幾特別,仲會每星期都會換新menu。可以不停試新野😁

本身對係香港食串燒零興趣,係因為覺得幾十蚊食一串燒雞皮, 銀杏, 雞心, 茄子呢D 唔值錢既野係好on 居既事, 所以平時好少去食, 除非朋友要食。呢間朋友揀的,好鍾意室內環境,好撲實,食品係有質素,雖然只有老闆和伙計兩人,不過服務亦非常好,而最重要係價錢算親民,比起其他串燒店每款都大概平十幾蚊,座落係銅鑼灣區有咁既性價比係好難得。睇得出老闆有heart ,唔會賺到盡。

總結出三樣推介俾大家必食嘅菜式(^з^)-☆

1️⃣ 明太子山藥 - 上菜嗰陣見到佢成個太陽蛋咁已經覺得好cute, 食落明太子味好香,山藥清爽嘅口感中和咗明太子嘅漏,好食!但山藥如果份量再多啲就好

2️⃣ 棉花糖 - 燒到大大粒,外脆內軟,好食!

3️⃣ 胡麻菠菜 - 本身好鍾意食麻醬同菠菜,所以覺得佢好好食,每人食咗一碟(@_@)

最重要係冇加一好抵,慳咗加一嘅錢可以食多幾串串燒啦
