個午餐肉真係好林好鬆軟,金菇牛肉卷好靚但相對比較普通。我就份外欣賞酸薑豬肉卷,酸酸甜甜夾埋豬肉同黑椒,口感層次好豐富。講返個牛油蔥飯真係邪惡無比,好彩今晚冇約會,如果唔係實在不能進行法式濕吻。

首先我想話條魚份量咁多既, 放在盒內有成兩層. 味道好好呀, 最緊要係佢無其他食店的咸同乾, 反而係味道適中, 又有質感. 果然無選錯. 


白飯配少量紫菜調味. 啲飯是真正的日本珍珠米, 米身圓潤, 咬落煙韌軟糯. 

塩燒翠玉瓜一串,
原本三塊不過忍不住影相前食咗一塊.
好甜既瓜味, 輕輕燒熟剛剛足夠.
配上類似沙律醬的汁, 味道更佳!

這個餐雖然是五個牛餐中最貴的一個, 但絕對係抵食,
如果晚餐食一定唔止呢個價添 ! 無招牌既食店, 果然有口碑.

之前一直好想試呢間小店,但晚市好難book。今日忽然醒起,就午市過嚟試下啦。店面用布遮住落地玻璃,睇唔到入面,唔知以為無開,但推開門就係一個好cozy嘅空間!量完體溫之後坐低,枱與枱之間都好闊落。點咗個炸雞定食同串燒定食,加$25有枝日本果汁梳打。等咗十五分鐘左右食物就到啦。疫情關係,轉咗做飯盒形式,不過用紙盒,都比較環保啦。炸雞外脆內軟,配自家他他汁,非常不錯,而且份量好多。加$25轉做牛油蔥飯,牛油慢慢溶進熱飯,好香好治癒。至於串燒set質素都好好,我哋仲另外追加咗雞翼同牛舌。牛舌唔算好厚但好juicy!值得一讚係前菜都唔馬虎,個醃蕃茄係去咗皮,仲加咗紫蘇葉絲!呢啲位唔起眼,但做得好detailed。最後係服務態度亦超好,會關心客人食得滿唔滿意。由十二點三坐到一點左右,計埋我哋都係得三枱客。希望小店撐得住!

最後係服務態度亦超好,會關心客人食得滿唔滿意。

由十二點三坐到一點左右,計埋我哋都係得三枱客。希望小店撐得住!

經常覺得肥後屋好有《深夜食堂》感覺(首主題曲立即在腦海盤旋,加上小田切讓的帥臉🤤)寧靜的街頭,瑟縮於不知是商廈還是住宅之中,打開日式趟門,小小的居酒屋,充滿溫馨的感覺。一邊幻想マスター於灶頭大顯身手,一邊品嘗一道道只屬於居酒屋的下酒菜色,與知己小酌一杯,真是個愉快的晚上。如果可以營業至夜深,更適合我這種夜鬼🏮圖1/胡麻波菜卷圖2/燒棉花糖圖3/需要提早預計的海鮮類圖4/牛油蔥飯及沒有拍照的清酒煮蜆(需預訂)、encore了的燒五花腩、燒飯團等等,推介菜實在太多,而且超難訂枱。。。(開始後悔開啟這帳號😂)

表面燒得香脆、乾身,配上最愛的明太子很惹味,果然不負期望。


雖然餐廳不大,但枱不多,坐得舒服。餐廳還不設切餅費,非常適合跟朋友慶生,傾偈飲酒吃串燒,歡渡一個晚上。
