終於入秋,嚷了好幾年要吃秋刀魚刺身,今晚終於一嚐。本來想去田家或和暢金廚 ,但是甫下小巴,便看到良鮨,推介寫着「秋刀魚刺身」,趁假期開始,食咗先算。第一次光顧這家店子,坐下胡亂點了自己喜歡的食物。秋刀魚刺身,肉質新鮮,但未算驚喜;廚師發辦時令壽司六貫👍🏻,有兩件鮑魚仔壽司,四件白身魚壽司,中間兩件火炙過的最好食,魚油香味充滿口腔,另外兩件就很普通,沒什麼記憶點。串燒牛舌和雞頸肉都燒得香口好吃。魚奶湯最驚喜,簡單的豆腐津白鮮濃甜厚,熱騰騰的喝,是安慰靈魂的救贖。埋單$373,一個人的晚餐,是不是太盡興了?吃完開始人多,亦有些上了年紀的夫婦撐枱腳,也是一幀好風景。

朋友介紹入大埔食日本料理,我心里都有啲懷疑,但結果令人驚豔的!坐低就安排咗兩個前菜,烤雪魚片同牛蒡漬,等大家可以边食边睇Menu,亦可以佐下酒。我哋先order蟹籽沙律,烤雞泡魚乾,同幾款日本空運到港嘅刺身。沙律勁多蟹柳,蟹籽,青瓜絲好長好幼,好似食冷麵,好清新。魚乾唔會太燶,有啲煙韌,非常好。飛機貨有:鯛魚,海膽,象拔蚌,生蠔,真心想講老板好大膽,係呢條街備咁多飛機貨!條魚用火炙過啲皮,食起魚油好香,同自製醋汁好夾。蚌同海膽勁鮮甜!!蠔有兩款,一款好creamy,一款好海水,可惜無得追加。接住就壽司,有拖羅,蟹肉蟹膏,鵝肝,帆立貝……全部厚切,爆料,又新鮮!最後都係口痕,再加少量串燒飲下酒,真係無得彈!6人晚餐飲飽食醉,優質刺身,都唔使$5000,今時今日真係好抵!

不逐件點評了因為每件壽司都真係好新鮮, 只點名稱讚幾件特別印象深刻的😁。
