第二度菜係自家制免治雞肉棒,雞肉同雞軟骨比例恰好,加上鮮味蛋黃醬汁,食落鮮甜爽脆。

再黎係明太子蛋白玉子燒,有別於一般玉子燒,只有蛋白無蛋黃,無諗過無加蛋黃嘅玉子反而可以突出明太子嘅鮮味,係別出心裁嘅料理

另外辣酒煮蜆都令我十分回味辣湯辣度剛好,無掩蓋蜆嘅鮮味。
