今日約咗朋友去做運動,做之前想食少少嘢,見到呢度有間日式串燒,舖仔細細,幾有特色。我哋試咗佢個雞心,雞肝同埋雞腎。原本我都好驚食雞心會有啲奇怪嘅味道,但係原來佢個口感都幾特別,偏向帶點爽脆嘅口感。而雞肝都幾香,識落嘅口感都有啲似食鵝肝,粉粉地。個雞腎都唔錯,唔會燒到太乾。另外我哋仲叫咗串雞翼,雞翼都係燒到啱啱好,啲肉都仲夠嫩滑,如果個皮再燒得脆啲就更加正。另外我哋仲試咗雞腿肉,雞柳同埋雞皮。雞皮都嫌佢有啲唔係好夠脆同乾身。而雞腿肉塊雞皮就夠晒乾身,但係中間雞腿肉嘅位置就好似唔係好夠熟,有啲難咬。最特別嘅個雞柳,一見到佢有啲粉粉地,一開始都唔敢食。不過職員行埋你同我哋講雞柳係咁樣嘅,因為如果全熟嘅話會好鞋,我哋食完都覺得原來真係啱啱好。呢度值得讚嘅係佢個黑松露薯條,真係有一片片嘅黑松露喺面,黑松露好香,薯條都好香脆。飲品方面我就叫咗杯Oreo沙冰,佢呢個沙冰應該係Oreo打碎左再加奶,因為沙冰嘅關係佢唔會太甜。而朋友就叫做杯菠蘿沙冰,不過佢話呢度嘅菠蘿沙冰係用罐頭菠蘿,所以還好。

老闆話早幾日有個客人特別要求,於是老闆即刻去釣魚再親手料理比我地食用,呢份心意真係滿分。

老闆好熱情,一間小店,舖頭入邊嘅職員會同佢哋客人一齊傾偈,好有氣氛。所以舖頭經常爆滿,坐滿晒人。此外如果你係動漫迷,大家一定有無盡既話題,隨時可能飲到老闆嘅珍藏🤣🤣🤣

呢度既串燒真係好高質,每一串都燒得剛剛好,唔乾唔柴,非常juicy
超讚 ...係我目前最喜愛的串燒店

兩個人飲左6杯生啤(8點前happy hour) 加16串串燒,埋單9百幾,雖然略貴,但食物質素對得住個價錢

對於鍾意飲兩杯既朋友,呢度最適合不過,一邊同朋友吹下水、嘆下串燒、飲下啤酒,人生一大樂事也
