I would say it is innovative but with some hot dish on the plate temperature control is the problem, also the tuna siumai and the tuna fish ball in soup is creative enough but execution is the challenge, the tuna braised turnip has a pretty good taste at least those turnip soak up the sauce so it taste well, and the deep fried tuna dice would pair well with beer! The tuna Parma ham…..needing some seasoning I would say

Their sashimi is pretty good cos the ingredients is fresh, some of the items would need to work on the seasoning a little but those toro, mince tuna works well in this platter.

So to be fair fresh ingredients but execution is not so great! Very ig-able in a way so if coming here for photos then I won’t complaint,, I have been here for sashimi donburi before this tuna feast so I do think they are innovative, just that this tuna platter is not my thing , we will be back for tuna don sometimes🍣

間舖係大角咀既時候已經一直想去不過夾唔到時間最近再想去時, 已經轉左係中環食既時間係8點拎左右  "朝早" 回想返就好似去左日本或者台灣一朝早去食既海產市場甘當日太早但係都有一個人已經係到食緊雖然店舖唔大, 裝修都比較臨時, 唔可以話坐得好舒服甘食但係個丼係好食既, 因為吞拿魚係無經過急凍,冰鮮狀態下由豐洲直送香港平時好少係街到食丼, 因為覺得唔新鮮我就食唔到架啦呢到個丼, 我唔架豉油同wasabi都食到所以真係好掂, 講開, 又好想去食了今次食完先瞭解到吞拿魚邊個位置同邊個位置 最特別既名係中落, 原來係吞拿魚的魚骨,雖是魚骨,但其實仍黏著不少魚肉的部份呢碗係赤身, 中TORO, 大TORO, 魚茸色澤天然有光澤,暗紅色, 睇落都好新鮮但略覺得飯濕左的, 唔知係咪太早既關係先前有朋友推仲中落, 但我又唔係要非食吞拿魚既人所以叫左帶子(鮮甜) , 甜蝦, 魚子 同海膽, 樣樣都超新鮮,口感柔軟滑有機會再夾到時間會再去食~

間舖係大角咀既時候已經一直想去
不過夾唔到時間
最近再想去時, 已經轉左係中環
食既時間係8點拎左右  "朝早" 
回想返就好似去左日本或者台灣一朝早去食既海產市場甘
當日太早
但係都有一個人已經係到食緊

最特別既名係中落, 原來係吞拿魚的魚骨,雖是魚骨,但其實仍黏著不少魚肉的部份

看這間店裝修簡單,有少少臨時市場的感覺,供應的是無冷凍吞拿魚丼飯,每朝由早上8:30供應,直至下午三時。今日十二時到達,十二款的其中八款已經售完,真係跨張。今日我和honey 分別點左一平一貴的丼試一下。No10. 中toro, 赤身、大toro , 鮪魚蓉$328這丼飯的魚生完全蓋過飯面,份量十足。中toro 色澤鮮明,魚肉相當幼軟,口感滑溜,又有濃厚的鮪魚鮮味正!鮪魚蓉十分幼滑,而且有唔少tuna fat 在內,啖啖鮪魚滋味。而那大toro 不得了!大toro 極之滑溜,完全無筋,充滿魚脂甘香,口腔滿滿是魚脂風味,正!值得一提的是,飯底打得夠鬆,而且入囗溫度是body temperature, 甜酸度剛好,不錯。No. 12赤身、帆立貝、鮪魚蓉、甜蝦丼$168這赤身魚味濃郁,囗感滑滑;帆立貝夠厚肉,味道鮮甜,配上幼滑的鮪魚蓉,鮮味雙重奏,而那甜蝦雖小,但蝦肉十分鮮甜,好抵吃!這一天令我回想起在豐州市場內的地道魚生丼飯小店,雖然無得去日本,但幼想一下也不錯。

之前一直想試金所,最近知道佢喺中環開舖,即管去試。12:30pm左右去到,喺門口排隊排半個鐘左右就有得入座。入座前侍應話餐牌上1號至8號已經賣晒,所以我就揀咗最貴嘅丼,因為我想試齊中拖羅同大拖羅。落單要自己去收銀比現金,等咗10分鐘左右就有飯食。刺身色澤好靚,入口好滑好好味。壽司飯係微溫,比較黏。刺身豉油俾得好少,不過我冇問有冇得俾多啲。其實我都想試埋海膽同三文魚子,希望下次早少少去到有多啲餐可以揀。

好少見到一早7:00am多,店主巳經在店內忙於切魚👍,8:30am就巳經食到新鮮熱辣嘅白飯,加上魚生,好似去咗日本🇯🇵咁呀🤣。

餐牌就大大個喺收銀機隔離,全部都係丼飯,另外仲有啲時令食物放喺廚房嗰邊,今朝見到有蠔同大海老。

我食個飯,份量我都覺得少😅,正常男人應該唔會飽🤣。魚嘅份量好多😍,魚蓉撈飯一流😋,赤身好滑👍,中落都可以👌。

日後希望會定期轉換一啲新菜單,咁早餐就更多選擇啦😁。
