To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日和爸爸往金沙角冰室食早餐, 我點了金香雞扒歐陸早餐, 金香雞扒歐陸早餐除了雞扒外, 還有3.6牛乳炒蛋, 茄汁焗豆、牛油方塊酥和凍奶茶, 整份早餐賣相吸引, 份量十足,雞扒好大塊, 煎得甘香, 外脆內嫩, 食落啖啖肉, 口感美味;茄汁焗豆食落開胃;3.6牛乳炒蛋炒得香滑, 入口即熔;牛油方塊酥食落香脆, 配上牛油和煉奶食落口感豐富;凍奶茶茶味香濃, 奶味香滑。餐廳座位舒適, 有很多本土特色擺設, 例如懷舊暖水壺和西瓜波, 早餐食物美味, 份量十足, 值得再來。

屋邨大排檔越來越變得罕有沙田區的有名大型大排檔繼禾輋邨後沙角邨的也於數月前開始改裝變成現在的三間有冷氣的「食肆」而當中較為吸引的就是由「金沙角點心小廚」變身為「金沙角冰室」─新店全由較年輕的一代經營(或者相信與以往的經營者已完全沒有關係)店內裝修也加了很多「香港特色」包括掛在天花上的單車、熱水壺

屋邨大排檔越來越變得罕有
沙田區的有名大型大排檔
繼禾輋邨後
沙角邨的也於數月前開始改裝

新店全由較年輕的一代經營
(或者相信與以往的經營者已完全沒有關係)
店內裝修也加了很多「香港特色」

(但略嫌over了一點)
而腳下的亦有經典的港式地磚
裝修當然比旁邊只加了冷氣的「劉萬利」有誠意

至於食物質素也算OK
雖然實測這天也只試了早餐
但價錢、味道和質素也可以接受
下回可以試一下晚飯的質素如何

昨為街坊,金沙角係度打躉左咁多年,依家由舊式室外通窿大排檔,現在翻身成新派大排檔,緊係要支持下,試下,見都幾多街坊試,咁就試la,都因為好多人,所以都要搭枱,不過唔緊要,如果d野好食,見到餐牌都係嗰d,基本沙嗲牛,雪菜肉絲嗰d,食茶記真係一食個沙嗲牛就知龍定鳳。咁我就叫左左A餐沙嗲牛,走湯,因為我鍾意食撈麵,但選擇真係少,個餐硬配餐包,3.6牛奶炒蛋,冇餐肉,冇火腿,冇腸選擇,一黎到食個炒蛋先,完全唔滑,餐包少少牛油都冇,話晒都收我3字頭價錢,沙嗲牛就中下水平,奶茶都唔係特別出色,真係咁既價錢冇下次lu,諗走再俾多次機會,買個菠蘿油食下,個菠蘿包$6,加塊油竟然要加$6,我心諗,唔緊要,好食就得,等到個菠蘿包到,一咬落去,個皮淋,已經知咩事,冇要求,冇下次

晏畫黎食完,又黎食下午茶,食評就一次過寫啦!同事們勁鍾意食呢度既菠蘿油,有咬口又香。西多士炸得超香蛋味,花生醬又多,超好食。炸雞脾夠大隻,又唔燶,咖喱薯角好好食,好鬆化。下午食焗蕃茄豬意粉排,好好食。我覺得同事個雞排飯個雞排,又大件又好食,更加出色。佢既瑞士雞翼沙律,同乾炒牛河都好好食。同埋環境好好。裝修好好,仲睇到天花添。點解仲未夠二百字呢,唔知講咩好添。。。。。。。。另一個同事,食洋蔥豬排飯。

新開業趣趣地試個下午茶,下午四點左右買完餸,見餓餓地就入去試下,剛好有位,但都要搭枱,對面坐住一對情侶,對面研究完餐牌,聽到佢地叫乾炒牛河,公司三文治,然後到我地慢慢落單,我地單都未落,佢地個乾炒牛河已經到,大家四目交投左一下,同時講左句:咁快,炒定既。心知不妙,即時轉呔唔叫炒嘢。叫左炸雞脾🍗配薯角、公司三文治🥪。稍等左一會炸脾到先,切開肉入面係紅色但熟既,應該係烚熟左先炸,但已經唔係果樣嘢吧,無肉汁,外面乾👎🏻。公司三文治,料齊,最午餐肉、火腿、最有驚喜都係個蛋係炒蛋👍🏻,生菜🥬有塊,可惜塊白面包太乾。其實自從街市裝修後,已經多左好多新晉食市,價錢差不多寧願試下其他新嘢好過啦🥰

等了這麼久,終於開業了。前幾天都想來吃,但是都要在門外等!先進了不少,要在門外按票!可能是剛剛開業,如果你要在午餐和早餐的時候來,應該很難有空位。所以今天我是有下午茶時間來吃,朋友吃的是沙嗲牛肉公仔麵餐,有脆豬!太好了 很脆 還有滑蛋!我的 是下午茶餐星洲炒米!分量很大,唯獨是叉燒鹹了一點
