筆者和朋友本身的麵食也沒有味玉(半流心雞蛋),所以每人各追加了一份。輕輕咬開雞蛋,蛋黃為半凝固狀,味道鹹香。

吃畢拉麵和沾麵後,可以喝一杯冰凍的清水,沖刷一下口腔,整體感覺更為清新refreshing。

鬼金棒副品牌辣麻牛骨湯拉麵開到第三間,現在港九新界各有一間,第三分店在大圍圍方,位置相當偏僻,在商場一樓的一端最角落的位置,話需如此,由於新商場,加上售賣麻辣味麵店包括鬼金棒只有兩間,我平日晚市去相當多人,有八成滿,座位大約三十個,好多都是一家人來,叫外賣的也相當多。由於這新店鋪較大又新,員工比尖沙咀及銅鑼灣多,人多又年青,全店氛圍都好地道街坊,有客人穿拖鞋及底衫,有小童走來走去,環境很嘈吵。細看餐牌,價錢除了A4和牛拉麵之外,其他售價還可以,除了牛骨湯外,還有味噌豬骨湯頭。我點選了味玉麻辣牛骨湯拉麵及附加一碟牛筋。要用二維碼點選菜式,我以八達通結帳,食品正價連加一服務費是$159.5。飲用水可以自行取水杯到飲水機取水,有暖水室温水及冰水選擇。拉麵湯頭辣度是小麻辣,我是怕辣的人,但這個麻辣程度可以接受。麵條的梘水味重,似乎煮麵梘水揈唔去,所以很像吃汕頭粉麵舖的牛腩麵一樣。牛筋我愛吃,雖然入味也不錯,但可能不太夠汁,牛筋凍了黏埋一堆,像橡膠一樣,後期很難夾起。

下午茶哥哥話食拉麵,記得圍方開咗鬼金棒,不過佢怕好辣,決定先去睇再下決定。門口餐牌寫明所有麵可走辣,咁就入去坐啦!我吃牛小麻小辣走洋蔥再加份餃子,哥哥吃豬走辣。食物都嚟得好快,10分鐘左右有得食。牛麵有兩片牛同牛根,牛筋太腍,整體普普通通。哥哥豬麵湯幾好味,兩舊腩肉亦相當震撼,不過佢竟然食唔晒碗麵,原來小朋友不喜歡韭菜粒,所以食剩四分一,反正我都未飽就食埋佢啦!豬麵好食過牛麵,不過真係唔欣賞豬腩肉,除咗賣相帶比我驚喜,味道其實麻麻,雖然切得好工整,但肉質有點粗嚡,寧願食返普通拉麵叉燒好過。

門口餐牌寫明所有麵可走辣,咁就入去坐啦!我吃牛小麻小辣走洋蔥再加份餃子,哥哥吃豬走辣。食物都嚟得好快,10分鐘左右有得食。

牛麵有兩片牛同牛根,牛筋太腍,整體普普通通。哥哥豬麵湯幾好味,兩舊腩肉亦相當震撼,不過佢竟然食唔晒碗麵,原來小朋友不喜歡韭菜粒,所以食剩四分一,反正我都未飽就食埋佢啦!
