叫左牛骨湯麵,少辣,少麻…. 碗麵成$100得2片好薄的牛,2粒迷你size 牛筋,一條小栗米,乜配菜都冇。二塊牛質量ok, 麵也爽口… 但個湯底完全係勁鹹😖😖個湯底根本係用鹽組成的~ 一間拉麵店竟然夠膽用呢d 湯底開業。另外有叫餃子,正常味。每次經過也見不是太多人,今晚商場內好多餐廳也排隊,所以就入去試下。所以冇下次!如果一碗出色的拉麵在香港,過$100也可以接受,但呢碗$100,實在有太多選擇,唔駛食佢。

向店員反映牛筋有毛,店員更換了,然後說這是牛毛,屬「正常」。如果一條半條,我會理解。換了也是一樣(圖片中碗邊,在牛筋表面夾出來的)….要顧客吃這些毛嗎?處理烹煮過程不是應該要處理掉嗎….這更像是頭髮碎..或 是烹煮過程被污染!然後听到店員跟廚房更換過程說:「佢地話有毛喎」,說得像顧客找麻煩…,感覺我們的反映不被尊重。這樣差的服務水平和食物質素,還在這大型商場內開設,吃了一頓不愉快的晚餐,真的不建議大家去這家店消費。

下午茶哥哥話食拉麵,記得圍方開咗鬼金棒,不過佢怕好辣,決定先去睇再下決定。門口餐牌寫明所有麵可走辣,咁就入去坐啦!我吃牛小麻小辣走洋蔥再加份餃子,哥哥吃豬走辣。食物都嚟得好快,10分鐘左右有得食。牛麵有兩片牛同牛根,牛筋太腍,整體普普通通。哥哥豬麵湯幾好味,兩舊腩肉亦相當震撼,不過佢竟然食唔晒碗麵,原來小朋友不喜歡韭菜粒,所以食剩四分一,反正我都未飽就食埋佢啦!豬麵好食過牛麵,不過真係唔欣賞豬腩肉,除咗賣相帶比我驚喜,味道其實麻麻,雖然切得好工整,但肉質有點粗嚡,寧願食返普通拉麵叉燒好過。

門口餐牌寫明所有麵可走辣,咁就入去坐啦!我吃牛小麻小辣走洋蔥再加份餃子,哥哥吃豬走辣。食物都嚟得好快,10分鐘左右有得食。

牛麵有兩片牛同牛根,牛筋太腍,整體普普通通。哥哥豬麵湯幾好味,兩舊腩肉亦相當震撼,不過佢竟然食唔晒碗麵,原來小朋友不喜歡韭菜粒,所以食剩四分一,反正我都未飽就食埋佢啦!

雖然客人下單時未能選擇麵的硬度,但麵的質感軟硬適中,也令筆者頗為滿意。拉麵為粗麵,每條麵的粗幼約2.5至3mm,而且麵條的掛湯也頗為不錯。

沾麵的配料還有炆得軟腍入味的牛筋,不會硬得咬不開。筆者喜愛將麵條逐少逐少放進沾汁中,之後再夾起來享用。

沾汁味道濃厚,朋友覺得有點像西式的Gravy Sauce (肉汁)。沾汁的濃稠度也適中,和麵條同吃也不會覺得過膩。麵的份量也充足,男士也能吃飽。

筆者和朋友本身的麵食也沒有味玉(半流心雞蛋),所以每人各追加了一份。輕輕咬開雞蛋,蛋黃為半凝固狀,味道鹹香。

吃畢拉麵和沾麵後,可以喝一杯冰凍的清水,沖刷一下口腔,整體感覺更為清新refreshing。
